Mannnn what constitutes a Cesar salad?! I ordered a chicken Cesar salad. I asked for Cesar dressing . Get into my hotel and ready to eat... just lettuce and chicken. NO DRESSING NO CUTLERY NO CRUTONS.... Nada! Smh 0/0

I GOT FOOD POSION terrible service food and ambiance. I got food poisoning from there and it was terrible at for for the rest of the week would not not not not recommend.

We really enjoyed the grilled chicken and fast service- however had to deduct a star we got a completely different order ( bonus for us it was a HUGE order- I did wonder why the bag was so big) being in a hurry we didn't realize this til we got home! It came with the black beans, yellow rice, plantains - all very good - It's always good to have another yummy chicken option...

I see the trend going on with the reviews of this place, so I'm gonna throw in my two cents and say that this locations needs to be closed, destroyed, and a Whataburger needs to be put in its place. I don't mean to be so dramatic, but what else can you wish for when something goes terribly awry every time I come here?The only reason I even come here ever is because it's the only quick service around there that offers me a whole chicken and rice and beans for a delicious post-workout meal. But this most recent time I went, I parked and tried to go into the lobby. The door was locked. The employees were all in the kitchen working, but the lobby was locked. All the doors. I wasn't the only person who tried a couple of times before giving up and walking away. The drive-thru was open. So I went through there, ordered my food, and discovered that I received a quarter of a chicken, instead of a half, and that I was missing one of our sides entirely. So, I wanted to bring it up, but there was no one to bring it up to, because we the people were excommunicated from the lobby.I thought about going back through the drive-thru line again, but it was so so long, I just left and ate what piddly amount of food I was given.I am a proud Yelp Elite who lives to uplift my city and celebrate the restaurants within it. I overlook a Lot of things, because I know how hard the food industry is. But some faults are so egregious. I hate this place. I hold such a grudge.

The food exceeded my expectations, especially since they offer vegan picadillo; that in itself is super impressive. It's good to see there's options even for those who don't eat pollo. I've read the other reviews and I can see how the customer service would be upsetting. My personal experience was that the lady at the counter was defensive at first, like she was expecting me to be rude to her. She was hardly making eye contact, not really listening to what I said at first to where I had to repeat what I wanted more than once. I wasn't rude back to her though. I maintained being polite and eventually her attitude changed, and she was finally courteous back to me. Could also be that the camaraderie between the staff isn't that great and that reflects upon customer service. I'm not going to complain though, these people work their butt off and probably make just minimum wage, that would make anyone's mood less than agreeable. I look forward to trying more of their food.

Ordered a quarter white and I got a quarter burnt. Terrible.. I would not have served this to anyone. Dry and burnt chicken is not what we asked for. Their was no reason for the chicken to be like this because they were not busy at the time I went. Won't be back at this location when visiting.

Everytime I come here for lunch, I love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This trip brought me in to try their new vegan Tropichop bowl. I did a little bit of research to find out what toppings and sauces I could get, and headed out for lunch around noon. That usually seems like a good time to eat, but who lets clocks dictate feeding time?I ordered with brown rice (whole grain), the beyond meat vegan picadillo, black beans, tomatoes, cooked onions and peppers. Before my credit card was out of the machine, my tray was presented to me. You could see the steam coming off of it.I loaded up on spicy poyo-poyo sauce (vegan) and raw onions and jalapenos to add to my bowl. I also asked for some mojo sauce and they said it was discontinued. Darn! It's basically garlic oil and it adds so much flavor. They did have some left in their final batch and they gladly gave me 2 small containers full.The bowl was a decent size for the price ($4.49 promotion), although on a hungry day, I could probably eat a large bowl and be super stuffed. A medium size would be just right, but I ain't no Goldilocks.The restaurant was clean and the cashier came out to wipe down the sauce bar and tables while I was there. They have lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters alike. It's good to see chains offering more plant-based options.

Absolutely great service and excellent food! The staff exceptional! Stopped in today after our gym workout and had chicken that was tasty and moist. Thank you! Thank you Eduardo Terry and Rachel

I placed an online order. I showed up once I got an alert that it was ready. However it wasn't ready when I got there which was fine I let the person up front know and sat and waited thinking they would call my order soon. I waited for 20 minutes as everyone was not available despite there not being many people in the lobby. I went up again asking about my order the guy at the front seemed annoyed that I was asking for it. At that point I just wanted to go home so I requested a refund since I couldn't continue waiting. He left without saying anything then came back saying I would need to call corporate if I wanted a refund and it would be a lengthy process so I just sat and waited for my order once more. It was finished in under 10 minutes this time. Walking out the door I noticed they forgot my drink and sauce. I went back in and a very nice girl in the front gave some to me and apologized for the wait. Literally the only nice person working there. Then once I got home and I'm ready to eat I take a look and they got my order entirely incorrectly for both bowls. I'm so disappointed. I get it working customer service isn't the funnest I've been there but if you're going to treat people this way then they need to get another job. No manners no decency and couldn't even get what I ordered after waiting for almost 40 minutes total. I've never had such a bad experience at any fast food place before

Food was okay. The staff wasn't very friendly, they always speak with a tone of rudeness. Maybe consider hiring staff that make it know they don't wanna be there. Had a younger girl with dark hair maybe long I forgot , not the kindest.
