We've been in this location several times and it's always the same. The food is consistently good. We always get the dark meat family meal. It comes with bread rolls, beans and rice. We ordered online so it was ready when we got there. The staff was friendly. The place is huge but it's also consistently dirty. I think they are understaffed and no one has the time to clean the place. So you might just want to grab your food and eat somewhere else. They also have drive through.

We ordered 2 Tropichop bowls, one with chicken , no rice, and lettuce. My wife loved it. I order a pork bowl "all the way" , it was great. Cashier was friendly and hospitable. Enjoyed the experience.

My first time at Pollo Tropical and I'm actually pretty impressed! The food is FLAVORFUL and the employee Shawn (female) was absolutely delightful!! She fixed my order (my bag looked nothing like the pic on the sign)...without hesitation she took and fixed my bowl FAR better than I'd expected! I lived in Ybor City for 14 years which is CUBAN SAMMICH CAPITAL!!! I would order THIS Cuban any day over the majority of Ybor's top pics!

I was a bit disappointed with my visit to this location, my husband likes eating there, this was my third or fourth time visiting this location. The service was very slow compared to other times I've visited. I ordered a pork tropi chop with yellow rice. The rice was salty and the pork was dry. My husband didn't complain about his 1/2 chicken meal. We ordered a side of yuca bites and maduros that were a bit cold. Since there are not many PT in my area, I'm willing to give this location another try in the future, hopefully the food and service is better. I'll give an updated review when I go.

When we arrived we were greeted and the women at the counter began to take our order , she didn't understand a menu question we had so she grabbed the manager who proceeded to take the rest of the order, not a problem. However we had to go back up to the counter probably a total of five times to remind them of food we hadn't received. The last trip up the counter she seemed to be hesitant to give me the coke so I had to show another employee my receipt to prove it was purchased. Overall an okay experience because of that.

Where's my whole chicken!Chicken taste great but beware!!! If you order a whole chicken, make sure to check it. This is the 2nd time they do this. I ordered a whole chicken and when I get home, there's no white meat!! All leg quarters. I have family member who only likes white meat!! Tried to call the restaurants and even their place ahead option line for pickup goes to voicemail!! I left a message, let's see if they even call me back.

Ok so I went here hungry and I' ordered a choppy chop and the rice was stale they barley gave me any beans and the lemonade is not good bubbling and it's too much pulp and there is one lady that helped me out the most but other than that if she didn't help me out, it looked like they did not care on what they were doing and they were feeding me like a dog I recommend you not to go to this place at all because it was just terrible. Tell your friends. I honestly don't know what happened to them. They used to be a really good spot. Their food was amazing. The service was amazing everything that would be the family spot the service. OK the service was good but other than that the food was not so good day day just went downhill. At this point they gotta get some help. is there a mood? Was you know enthusiastic? It was OK it was all right but food terrible
