Pollo Campero

We saw the grand opening sign and we couldn't resist but to go inside and try it out! This restaurant did not disappoint. It was the best chicken we've ever had! We ordered the combination of fried and grilled to try both and it was so delicious! I will have to say, the fried chicken was so juicy and well seasoned that it left us wanting more. All of the sides we ordered were so good too. They gave us several choices of house sauce and we picked the campero and ranch. Both so good! The service was exceptional. Staff were super friendly, super attentive, and just amazing! The ambiance felt like we were dining at home. Highly recommend it here!

My parents and I have been waiting for this location near us to open, and it finally has! We were excited to finally be able to eat here. I would compare it to a raising canes but make it Spanish. The food was really good but also limited. Just like raising canes the menu is small. But it definitely doesn't lack flavor. The staff here are very nice and sweet. It's also super clean, could be because they just opened. Anyways it was super packed inside we were lucky to find a seat. Next I go I want to try their campero bowl because it looked insanely good!

Terrible . Zero out of 10 . Do not recommend Over priced and under seasoned ! I tried them and immediately regretted it . Please stick to Popeyes or KFC. Literally ANY chicken spot expect here !

Expensive!!!! Not worth the money! Better value at pollo tropical. Chicken is tiny. Plus they only had fried because their grill didn't work. Not an apology...

Jhoven was absolutely wonderful! The outstanding service and the food were amazing! The combo meals in particular, are great deal.Whether dining in or taking out, the overall experience is smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

First time coming here because it's closer to home than the one in St. Cloud and Unfortunately this place had us waiting 45 minutes for our food and not just us there were 4 more tables in-front of us that order before us so I can't imagine how long they were waiting the place is a mess food all over the empty tables I believe they are low staffed but the wait is crazy the chicken that came out to one of the tables was raw and when we received our chicken it was RAW as well I was so disappointed our rice was cold everything was bad we gave it a try but we will not be coming here at all.. the cashier was doing his very best to get everyone helped in the front and helping in the back I will not say anything bad about that because he was actually trying but this place needs more workers and it needs more attention

Came here the day after hurricane Milton, the process ordering through drive thru went well. They only had 1 cooker & 1 taking orders and both ladies were super nice! I ordered the Campero Bowl & it was very yummy and a good size portion! I will need to order again.

Customer service extremely poor. They got my order wrong. I had to wait 15+ mins for my order (drive thru). Don't see myself going there again. I put a star because zelp doesn't let me post unless I do. I give no stars to this franchise.

Staff doesn't speak good English, making our order process lengthy and difficult. When we got our food (to take out), ALL 4 meal's sides were missing. After we informed the staff, they acted all annoyed, confused and like they didn't know what to do. Then the lady that was serving us starts laughing whilst muttering 'sorry', and goes on giggling as she checked our order, touching the food without gloves on, ew gross! We spent almost $50 here ! Expected MUCH better! That being said the food is actually really good! Would love to return but they've got to step up the service. Really unsure if we would give it another try.

Order was nit right Attention to detail is lacking.My cup of rice was about a table spoon worth. Tried it for the first time today with my family was not impressed at all.Won't be back...
