Pizza Hut

Due to an order error, I spoke with Brent (manager) and he "righted" the problem and I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location. I am very happy with the food, service and management!

Didn't get my order right and pizza was stone cold by the time it arrived. Pizza Hut is only 1.3 miles from my house, somebody pumped old Shep.

Ordered carry out Saturday evening 2/13/2021 from this location. Order was ready in 15 minutes. Location was clean, employees were wearing gloves and masks. Once home with order it was nice and hot and made very well. Really enjoyed and will definitely order again .

Door dashed my food n it took ova 1 hour for my food to be done for my dasher to bring

I put my order in almost two hours ago so I can pick up food for my class and I get there 10 mins before time and still gotta wait 30 mins while others got there food before me

I ordered a single large pizza with 6 boneless wings at 7:35. After calling 10+ times and being told that my expected delivery time was 1-1.5 hours the food finally arrived at 10pm. I called and asked what cause such a delay and was met with attitude. I guess no one these days understands what customer service is. I will never order from this location again.

I am a new resident of Winter Haven and we ordered Pizza Hut for dinner. We had done it online, but the tracker didn't work. That wasn't a big deal, but when the 5:00 PM delivery didn't show, we called at 5:25. I was told it was on its way and they were running late, again, not a huge deal except for hungry kids. We waited another half hour and called again. After sitting on the phone for 10 more minutes, we were told the driver had knocked on the front door with no answer so he tried the back door. Strange as I was standing waiting on my front porch, there is no access to the back of my house, and not a single vehicle with a Pizza Hut logo even came down the street. So either the driver or the the guy I was talking to lied. Have been fans of Pizza Hut for years, we are VERY disappointed.
