Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar

Thank you to Manuel, the bartender, for an exceptional experience! He prepared the best Pisco Sour we've ever had--perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Beyond his mixology skills, Manuel was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, making our visit truly memorable. The food was also incredible--every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying Peruvian food, the atmosphere was very nice, music and service was on point, drinks are very interesting if you've never tried there drinks, we had the ceviche w/ shrimp, fish, calamari had an excellent flavor, had the pasta seafood, also had rice chaufa aeropuerto! Tostones with Ceviche De Ají Amarillo and the Chaufa Charapa was rice with beef, sweet plantains sweet peppers poached egg wonton strips, this was a Flavorful dish

We've been here about 5 or 6 times in the past and have loved it but this time things were a bit different. I'm not sure if there's new management or if they had a bump in communication with their staff but it was a slight disappointment over a pretty good meal.We noticed on their Instagram they had an "After Office" special, which was essentially a happy hour from 2-5. So we asked and were brought that specific menu, which we proceeded to order from. After we had received our drinks and ceviches, the waitress came back to tell us there was a mistake and they were no longer offering the happy hour and that everything would be at regular price. We were a bit upset and proceeded to speak to the manager. He eventually stated he would honor the happy hour pricing and he apologized for the mix up but they were in the process of redoing the menu and the staff hadn't been advised. So we appreciated him honoring the pricing!Pros: ceviche was great and so were the croquettes de aji de gallina. I didn't have the chaufa rice but someone in my party did and they said it was delicious. Cons: the drinks were poorly made, which was so disappointing because I love their spicy margarita and old fashioned.

Back at Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar for an early dinner with some friends from out of town. Service and ambience was great. I tried the fried fish, looked beautiful and a good portion. Appetizers were delicious as usual!

I will say the food here was okay and very pricey. I, for sure, won't be going back. It wasn't my kind of food and the food I got tasted slightly overcooked. I will say it was a very busy night for them and the staff seemed rushed as far as service.They offer photos that they take and they do cost money. I thought it was expensive. Ambiance, the music is pretty loud. You hear the music well before you get to the restaurant.

Mixed Experience for a Special OccasionWe had been looking forward to trying Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar for a while and decided to celebrate a birthday with a party of nine. The appetizers we ordered ají de gallina croquettes, octopus, choros a la chalaca, and fusion causa were good overall, with the croquettes and their sauces being the standout dish.The drinks were well-balanced, and the pisco sour was a highlight, capturing the authentic taste of the traditional drink.While there were some high points, the overall experience didn't quite live up to the excitement we had for such a special occasion. There's potential here, but some areas could be improved to make the experience truly memorable.

Finally made my way to Pisco! I love this nice modern twist to the typical Peruvian restaurant. This place is fun and has an upscale aesthetic. I ordered the chicha morada which I wasn't too excited about, it was a bit sour and not as sweet. For my entree, I had the ceviche mixto which was good, but as a fellow Peruvian it was missing something. The plate was portioned smaller as well. I also tried the waygu saltado, which was delicious and such a nice difference to the traditional lomo saltado. The servers were very friendly and attentive. I love to see a new Peruvian restaurant in our area!

The ambience was amazing. It was filled with so many Peruvians. That's how you know it's a good restaurant. I would definitely come back here again. They had a DJ. Music was fantastic. The service was top notch.Pisco Sour 5/5 Extremely smooth. A little deceiving. It has a lot of alcohol, but it's mixed so well that you don't even notice it too much. Yuca Fries 5/5Get this! Specifically get this with the huancaina sauce. Tres Leches 5/5This was one of the best tres leches I've ever had. Will definitely get again! It was super moist, creamy, and I enjoyed every biteAjí de gallina 5/5Stuffed empanada with ají de gallina and mozzarella. Yes. The green sauce it comes with is extremely savory.Lomo saltado 4/5Steak was a bit chewy but sauce was divine

Juan was our server and did phenomenally. He was very attentive and informative, with all the questions we had of the menu. He also had recommendations. They allowed us to bring our own champagne but with a cork charge. Not to shabby. The ambiance is very upscale and trendy. Everyone's meal was well played and the flavors were all there. In everything we ate. Will need to try more dishes at another time.

What a gorgeous decor and great service! The ceviche carretillero was very tasty but a bit spicy to my taste. Definitely recommend Pisco for a Sunday brunch with friends, when you can get a complimentary drink with your brunch entree.
