I come here one a week ! Dinner time is always a line out the door so that's how you know this place is official if you're looking for something authentic and not overpriced ! Best in the area & they have the best tostones . The food is definitely a 10/10 I recommend the bistec with onions & they have the best avena & breakfast sandwiches. Lots of food for a cheap price

This place has been around for almost 20 years and I really hope it never closes. The sandwiches here are so fuckin good and the prices are great. $1 coffee is unbeatable. They are known for the rotisserie chicken but I usually get the Pernil y queso and a big ass cup of rice. You dont need more than that but they do have a full bar of food choices and a good amount of sandwiches. They also have a big bakery area. Everyone that works here are helpful and attentive. It feels like you're in PR all over this side of town so you know it's that feel in there. Def check it out if you are in the Meadow Woods / BVL area!

The best rotisserie chicken I've found in the area. The food is relatively cheap and they have a decent sitting area. They also have a bakery attached though I have not tried it yet. Any time I'm in the mood for some good chicken, rice and beans in the area and would like to get something cheap and fast I tend to come here.

Came in around 5 to get dinner for my family. I was in line and ordered one specific plate with rice and chicken, nothing else since it's for a child. I pay and go to my car and rearrange the food, I open the plate with "rice and chicken" and it's not what I ordered. I come here often and they have this roasted chicken on the line and I always order it for my kid. I go back inside and let them know that the order is wrong. They tell me it's not, that that's what I ordered. I tell them it's not, how are you gonna tell me when I order this (spending $80 roughly every time for a family of 4) specifically for my kid? More employees come over to try and explain and I tell them I don't need an explanation, I need the food to be fixed because on top of the order being wrong, it has veggies and my kid is highly allergic to one of them. I explain, they get a guy to come over, he tells me they can't do anything because I took it out of the restaurant. I have to pay for another one with "apparently" the correct chicken I had ordered. What kind of customer service GIVES the INCORRECT food and makes a customer pay MORE for them to fix THEIR mistake??? I always wondered why people stopped coming here and why the restaurant is always empty no matter what time of day it is. Funny enough, they had a customer complain before I took my food and left the first time, then a customer complain when I came back in to fix the order. Stay away from this place! It's bad enough that the only thing keeping them in business is their mediocre chicken, but the bad service? You're in "little Puerto Rico" territory brother, there's another restaurant next door who will do better than you. Last order I ever buy.

A delicious cafeteria style restaurant with some tables to sit to dine but mostly a take out place. They give generous portions - I had the half chicken with red beans and rice. It was very good and the prices were reasonable. I also ordered a side of Maduro - very tasty. Overall pretty good but the line gets really busy during the lunch hour.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con el servicio al cliente fue muy decepcionante. Las mujeres que trabajan en la recepción parecen desinteresadas y poco amables. Si no les gusta su trabajo, deberían renunciar. Es frustrante tratar con personas que no muestran voluntad de ayudar. Espero que hagan cambios pronto para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes.
