Yummy take out but not tons of flavor. This is a cheap and quick spot for when you don't feel like cooking. They give you a TON of food, but all of it kind of tastes the same.

I can still enjoy food from here but it's been eclipsed by other local competition. Especially with all of the exciting asian restaurants coming into Waterford, this spot just doesn't stand out enough. If you want this kind of chinese food, Yummi is a little ways south on Alafaya and is a superior option.

We ordered General Tso's chicken and Sesame Chicken for delivery. They were the exact same thing except one had sesame seeds on it. That would have been fine, I guess, had either one tasted good. They both tasted old and had a weird burnt taste to them.I ended up just putting some soy sauce in my rice and eating that. The rest of food we just threw away.

I honestly have not been here for years and tonight when Chinese was the general request, I thought it would be a good time to try it again.Walking in, it was as I remember it. There were a few people waiting, but the good came out pretty fast. My order that I called in was ready in about fifteen minutes.I ordered the curry chicken combination dinner and honestly it was not that good. I will say that many otherwise fine Chinese restaurants seem to have no idea on how to make this dish. My son had the General Tso's combination dinner and his was not bad. I had a hot and sour soup and that and the spring roll were pretty good.The portions were pretty generous and the price was good.I will give this place another try. I just won't get the curry chicken again.

I've had some good, I've had some not so good. So the consistency here is off which means it is coming off the list. I started with the hot and sour soup. Flavor is good. But it doesn't have much in it. It's very empty. You know? A few small pieces of tofu. Almost no bamboo shoots. No mushrooms. Some egg ribbons. And I ordered at 4pm on a Monday so it's not like they are scraping the bottom of the bowl at 10pm. Disappointing. They don't have wonton soup. They have egg drop soup with wontons. It tastes good but my wife wants regular wonton. Why no wonton?They have spring rolls not egg rolls. I thought they were good. Wife didn't like them. I get vegetable lo mein. It's exactly what I expect. A little greasy. But good noodles and enough veg in it. Perfect for take out. My wife gets tofu with mixed veg. It's over corn starched. No sauce. Just gloop. No sauce for the rice. And everything is sticky. Could have been good with much less corn starch. Just a bad fire by the cook. I can't recall what i had but I've had other meals that were good here. I don't want to play "is the good cook working tonight" when I order out. So PG comes off the list. Shame.

Pine Garden has been my go-to takeout place since I moved to Orlando in 2017. Their lunch special cannot be beat (combo, soup, egg roll for $6-$7). Their orange chicken is also reeeeeaaaallllyy good. Their sauce is tangy but sweet and i love their egg rolls. I tried their honey chicken in the past but thought it was a little crunchy for my taste. My partner usually gets their curry chicken and loves it too. Only place I'll go to for Chinese in the Waterford area.

I've finally done it. I found a Chinese cuisine place that I LOVE.I always crave Chinese food, then get it, then feel gross and regret it... but this place.... this place made me regret not getting MORE FOOD .Their food actually tasted fresh and delicious.Their crab Rangoon actually tasted like fresh crab in there, unlike most places where you can barely taste the crab at all.Their wonton soup tasted so delicious, I couldn't stop drinking it! The soup broth itself tasted like quality Even their egg roll tasted soft and fresh!I also got their sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was fried to perfection and the sauce was nice and not too overpowering. It was soft juicy chicken on the inside and a savory fry crunch on the outside . Definitely make this your Chinese spot!And the young gentleman at the cashier was very nice!

This place was super friendly and quick, and they're one of the few Chinese places that haven't upped their prices to $8-$10 for lunch specials; however, the food itself was really awful. I didn't take more than two bites of my chicken and broccoli dish - the chicken was rubbery, sauce tasted sour, the rice was dry, and the side of soup was oily and cold. I would suggest going just about anywhere else.

This place used to be amazing back in the day not sure if they are under new management. The food did come out timely however the quality of food is just not the same. Everything taste not fresh. The slaver is just not the same if you could find Chinese elsewhere do so. If you're looking to be disappointed in looking for a quick Chinese spot this will be it. Good luck.

It's not the same Pine Garden from the last few years! I never had a problem with food from Pine Garden. Since they moved from next to the theater in Waterford Lakes, the quality has plummeted from stellar Chinese food to the same mediocre stuff found at every ghetto NY style Chinese joint. The 4 meat fried rice is no longer very tasty. The chicken and beef dishes lost their luster and taste of freshness. I don't even think it's really the same place at all! To me, the original Pine Garden probably went out of business due to skyrocketing rents in Waterford Lakes... and this Magic China place next to BJs Warehouse, which oddly has been in business at that very same location for many years... has somehow grabbed the Pine Garden name, now that it's no longer taken... and is using the name to drum up more business under the guise of another restaurant that sadly died like a shining star!! If this is the case, it is a grimy and shady tactic. Either way, I will not be eating food from here ever again. I'd rather drive 6 miles to Chuan Lu restaurant next to Mills on E. Colonial any day!!!
