We had never stopped here before and decided to have a couple of drinks after dinner to celebrate. As it was a weeknight, we were able to find seats at the bar fairly quickly, but the location was definitely busy.They have a very large selection of beverages to choose from. I started with the uncle Kate and I will certainly be going back for it! It's like having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in liquid form. I had the spank monkey which definitely has more spice to it but very similar in nature with peanut butter whiskey. My husband got a pour of the Yamazaki Japanese whiskey - 12yr. It was super smooth and great pour size! He switched to beer after that and got their amber ale, which he really enjoyed.While the drinks were absolutely amazing truly what made the experience remarkable and will have us going back was the bartender. Tracy was incredibly friendly and didn't miss a beat. She is fantastic!!

This place has become a beloved spot for libations, loquacious conversations, and lost time (in the best way possible). Whether you head in for the music upstairs or just handing around the bar downstairs you'll have a great time. The drinks are very skillfully made are damn delicious - my go-to is a Tito's dirty with blue cheese polices. Their aperol spritz is also a great choice. The food that's available comes from their sister business, Market to Table, so you're assured to have quality eats to pair with your drinks. All of the staff are excellent, and I most often end up ordering from Brian & Gina. While I am very much a regular here I have only been upstairs a small handful of times, once for open mic night and once to see the 501 Band (will definitely be back to watch them again!). One thing to keep in mind is there is not table service upstairs nor upstairs, you just order at the bar; this isn't a big deal but just keep that in mind. Anyway, see you there.

Appear downstairs for a pre-Hurricane party. They're letting people play a dice game, and the people are so loud and screaming at the top of their lungs that we are leaving early... I love Solar. But the volume is actually hurting my ears. It's high pitch screaming at the top of their love.No food tonight. And you have to walk up the flight of stairs to the bathroom on the second floor. The elevators are out. I had an old-fashioned, very good. But after 45 minutes.

Loved it here! Great drinks and upstairs jazz open mic nights are a blast! Service was ok. Make sure you check how much you are being charged as we got charged for a drink we never ordered.

First time visiting this piano bar located in winter park fl. The bartender seemed friendly and knowledgeable as i was bit hesitant to try new cocktails. There is outside sitting and behind back door leads to upstair piano lounge area. We didn't order any food but cocktails tasted fresh. The open mic night was definitely entertaining. I would come back another time when I'm in town.

Came here in the evening and it was lovely. The bartenders were attentive yet organized; it was a very busy evening! I had one of the gin drinks it was $12. I haven't had any of the food yet- however the ambiance of Pilar's reminds me of a local hangout spot with great music and phenomenal drinks! Definitely returning to try more drinks! 10/10

Drinks are always exactly how they should be. No cutting corners. Busy bar downstairs that's open and musical lounge upstairs on certain nights that has live music that's enjoyable to the ear. The area upstairs is not open as late as downstairs if your looking for live music. However it a place to check out if you are in the area.

One of the best bars in winter garden! The bartenders are phenomenal. Very kind and quick to get your drink. I've frequent this place quite a few times over the years and I recommend if you want a cozy place to hang out and have a good drink

Super cute place. Delicious and unusual hand crafted martinis at a typical price ($12-$14). The espresso martini had actual espresso which is a rare find these days. I felt super bad because on a beautiful Saturday afternoon they had ONE bartender working when there is the popular farmers market happening outside. The line was 2-3 deep and the owner just sat there and never offered to help in ANY way...well except for the time he got himself a beer. I suppose that was him helping. The bartender should be given a huge raise for his demeanor and not treated in such a horrible way. The owner just sitting there watching his bartender sink in the weeds, its no way to run an establishment and expect customers to appreciate you. Lost 2 stars because of the owner :(

Pilars is an excellent place for a date or a group outing. With amazing entertainment that is constantly changing, great drinks, and very tasty food this is a perfect night out location. Though the food may take a little bit to get to you it is very fresh and the servers and bartenders go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your evening.
