FIRST TIME & LAST TIME.THE GOODThe service was EXCELLENT. Ana was super-sweet. What a GREAT personality! VERY well done on her end. She didn't miss a single thing we asked for. Also, the rolls were fairly good (plain ones...not the disgusting ones swimming in a mixture of garlic, oil and Italian dressing - send those away).BAD (EVERYTHING else) :-( Previously Served Salad: A runner brought our salad to another table, put it down and had a whole discussion about how they didn't order a salad. Then, took it back past us...eventually bringing it back and putting it on our table. GROSS - even by pre-pandemic standards. Once it's served, you don't bring it to another customer! The customer was just coughing before the salad was brought to that table too! Dirty Plates: The empty plates had food remnants on them. Restroom: My wife went to the ladies room. NO SOAP!!!! So, even the women on staff haven't been washing their hands properly!?!Chicken Parm: The chicken parmesan with pasta was fast-food quality. It reminded us of a California chain called Presto Pasta. At $11, it would be fine..but not at $19! Also, skimped on the pasta (the cheapest food item there!) The sauce not only seemed oddly dark, but smelled weird too.Pizza: BBQ chicken pizza may have been ok if the chicken on it wren't overly large pieces of what seemed like some kind of roast chicken with seasoning that you might get at Boston Market. It had NO place on this pizza. I love bbq chicken pizza made right...but went back to the rolls after being kinda grossed out by the huge chicken cubes. Bottom Lines: So, $54 for extremely mediocre medium pizza, chicken parm and the side salad + tip. We were looking forward to just a nice, stress-free night out and came home VERY disappointed. We didn't want to tell the outstanding server that we have no plan to return because of everything outside of her control.

Jess was very attentive and super friendly! Food was delicious! Pizza dough was amazing.

We had placed on online order for a Large pizza with half Meat Eater and half Cheese pizza. The order stated that it will be ready in 30 minutes and it was within that time frame. Pick up was easy and efficient. The pizza tasted great. I love both flavors. Looking at the menu now I want to go back and have a dine-in experience. It will be our go-to Pizza place from now on.

We have been coming to Piesanos since their first week open.We have always loved the food here. Today I ordered the blackened chicken pasta along with a cup of chicken tortellini soup. The soup was very flavorful and had a good amount of chicken. The blackened chicken pasta, which is served with a white sauce. My daughter ordered the baked ravioli and wife ordered the personal pizza.The food was great as always!! Still one of my favorite casual Italian places in the area!!

Consistently one of the best pizza spots around. The staff is friendly and if you don't like to be bothered 30 times while eating, you will enjoy the type of service they offer here! The inside of the restaurant is charming and clean. Plus, the lunch specials are a great deal making this the perfect spot for a delicious meal! (P.S. they have some of the best salads around)

I've only ordered Togo from here a couple times. The employees have all been super nice. And the time it took to make my food wasn't too long. However, I think the food lacks flavor. I've gotten pizzas and pastas, garlic sticks and their piesanos buns. The pizza is okay but not fantastic. The garlic sticks don't taste like garlic and the piesanos are interesting bc they put Italian dressing on them. Idk. I'm just not super impressed with this place. It's nice bc it's convenient and I think the prices are reasonable.

Best gluten free pizza in the area! We ordered to go and it was only 20'min but the pizza was so flavorful not soggy at all. This is the kind of pizza we bave been looking for. I could definitely eat here daily it was just that good.

The ambiance here is very nice, it's casual but still a nicer vibe. My server Mia was super sweet and helpful at the bar. I always love the food at the Gainesville location, but it was just as delicious here as well! Their rolls are so unique and have great flavor. I got the eggplant parm and it was amazing!

A group of us go to various restaurants in the area for lunch. This month we went to Piesonos pizza today. Our party was a handful but the servers were able to provide first rate service. We got our lunches all at once, there was 17 of us. It was a great time and the food was really delicious. Thank you very much.
