We loved this place! We ordered online so it was ready when we got there, but there was a long line for those making their own pizza and it moved pretty slow. I couldn't tell if it was the customers not knowing how/what to order, or if it was the employees. There's a piece of paper at the front of the line saying "online orders go straight to register" but I did not see it until about 7 minutes in. The food was delicious! We made our own pizzas. Mine was with cauliflower crust and Ben did thin crust. The pepperoni and sausage were both high quality! The sausage had fennel which I personally love! The ranch is that good ranch!!! It was delicious to use with the crust. I would definitely go back! They offer salad, calzones, and some various garlic bread, buffalo bread, etc.

I've gone to plenty quick service pizzas places like Blaze, Mod, and even Pieology before. This location was insanely slow, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out it took 45 minutes for one thin crust pizza, I also have to mention that they used WAY too much cheese, I should have said light cheese because I've never seen so much cheese on one thin crust pizza before. There has to be a better system for this location to handle online and in person orders at the same time.* I need to update this review because I found the response to it to be absolute BS. How are you gonna say that this stuff takes "time" at a quick service spot. I shouldn't be waiting 45 minutes for a pizza when I've never waited that long at some of the busiest days at pieology where I live in southern CA. This place needs to figure out a better way to handling long lines of customers. My complaint about the cheese was also not addressed because why should the cheese be two times thicker than the crust?!?! I was actually getting nauseous from the amount of cheese.

Yikes! 100% do not recommend. We have visited several times. The first visit was just not great when it comes to quality or service. We came back recently and actually enjoyed it with family, so we tried it again. That was a mistake. The employees generally have no idea what is going on. They will will always up-charge you when you ask to have enough cheese to actually cover the pizza. $1 for extra cheese, but they will charge you $2... If someone orders a sauce on top of their pizza after it bakes, make sure you check it, because reading a receipt to see what pizza it goes on may be just too challenging for the staff. If you are supposed to be a quick pizza spot, but have no dough ready when guests go to order and they wait 5-10 minutes for employees to talk before they all communally come over to think about making the pizzas for you, you have immediately lost "fast" from your service. If you're trying to compete with Blaze Pizza, you're going to really need to improve.

Take a few minutes longer than just picking up pizza. Go and pick out your topping and sauce and cheeses and watch it be cooked. After eating this pizza sat it inside me and made my body happy. They have cauliflower crust as well as thin crust and other crusts. You can choose extras and sauce or other topping preferences.

What does a Buffalonian look for in Florida when needing some comfort food? Pizza. And even though there isn't many pizza places down there that can make it like Buffalo does, it's still pizza! Located in Flamingo Crossings and near the Disney College Program housing, Pieology is a convenient option for Disney cast members who can receive a 10% discount or a nice stop after being at the parks all day. It's similar to many of the new pizza shops with the "Chipotle line system", where you can make a custom pizza just for yourself or to split with someone. I had a custom pizza on their "Pie-Rise" crust which was good but still didn't seem think or sturdy enough. The whole process of choosing ingredients and ordering is very easy and they had so many toppings to choose from.I think the drawback with their conveyor belt oven method is the only drawback to them competing with a wood-fired pizza. Like I said, the crust seemed floppy and maybe because it's not getting the toasting on the bottom like other places. But even with that, I enjoyed the pizza. I am a sucker for pizza so I am gonna be a fan of anywhere that lets me make my own.I liked the interior of the shop too. It felt like it could be a great spot for a happy hour or even to work remotely. I love that they served Kona Big Wave. That was cool to see as a big Kona fan.Overall, I'd definitely go back again but might check out some other places first.

Quick service pizza place like Mod and Blaze. Staff is friendly but they're a bit haphazard with rolling out the dough and adding toppings. The combo is a great deal for the amount of toppings that come on it. The margarita is a joke to be the same price and comes with 4 grape tomato halves and 4 basil leaves. You're better off with a 2 topping pizza and save $. Agua Frescas are good and plenty of seating inside and out.

If you've been to a pizza place like Blaze, then this is a very similar concept. There are some preset recipes but you can also create your own My husband went for the meat lovers and I got the truffle mushroom pizza. The flavors were good and it was super goey. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that the dough was a little undercooked in the middle of both (so when you pulled a slice away like half of the ingredients fell off). A plus of this place is that you are able to purchase a beer with your pizza. The interior reminds me of a friend's basement. There are some tables where the seat is a couch, so it is cozy. Service wasn't overly friendly, but not rude either. Both of our pizzas and beers came out to around $40.

Good food and good service! I like the couch seating, I wish they had more of it. They give cast member discounts, which is a nice perk. Overall, it's a nice place to craft your own pizza. Definitely beats Dominoes!

TL;DR great thin crust pizza and cold beer.Pizzas are made to order by friendly staff. My son and I both got the thin crust meat lovers (not the real name). We liked them very much. My wife the cauliflower crust margarita pizza. She liked the crust a lot but said it didn't taste like a typical margarita pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beer was cold.

Too bad - the place just keeps getting worse. We've eaten here multiple times and the quality of service and food keeps going further downhill. No vegan cheese in stock prevented a person in our party from having lunch and some of the ingredients were literally rotten (entire bucket of basil). We shouldn't have to debate with the staff about bad ingredients and the process takes way too long. Once they admit the ingredients do look bad, THEY DONT REMOVE IT, BUT INSTEAD LEAVE IT FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER. Come on Joel - get with the program!
