Pico Bistro

This is inside of a bustling food hall. You order at the counter and eat where you please. I ordered just one beef and cheese empanada and it was outstanding! The meat was flavorful and the cheddar cheese was perfectly sharp. I also loved the crust- it was very light and not greasy at all. I forgot to take a pic because I was starving, but I'll be back to try a few others before I leave the area.

As an update: We drive 45 minutes to come here and it's worth it! We were so sad to see the Winter Garden location close, but are very happy this one is open. Prices are reasonable and there are many unique empanadas to choose from. The pico sauce is super good too and goes on everything so well! You can buy it in little jars to take home... we're going on our second jar now! Don't miss this hidden gem of a place.

Genuinely the best empanadas I've had in Central Florida - I live a good 45 mins away from Clermont and I'd make that drive just for these empanadas without even questioning it.These beauties come in a wide variety of flavors and are perfectly fried - they just melt in your mouth and taste so so good. The shop itself is a small booth inside one of the food halls in downtown Clermont so there's lots to explore - definitely do yourself a favor and pick some empanadas while you're there!

Absolutely delicious empanadas with flavors for everyone. Located inside a market with a bunch of different food vendors. We went with the 3 pack and you are able to mix and match fillings. There are a couple sauce options, we went for a sweet and spicy guava sauce and it was the perfect combo with all 3 different empanadas we got. They are marked with numbers on the top so you know which are which. Would highly recommend!

Empanadas we're delicious. Took one star off because I ordered family box of 18. I told them what I wanted I picked them up probably a half hour before they closed... The lady at the front desk instead of letting me know they decided to just add whatever flavors I think because I picked up before closing... she probably figured he they won't care ... we'll I looked at the numbers and noticed and ran back in and told her I was unhappy and that this is not how business should be run you don't just add whatever you want. You inform the customer you are out of flavors and let them pick... she ended up making me some different ones and the owner texted and apologized to me. Again I would go again just always make sure to check your order.

Our favorite empanadas are the Chicken Catupiry and the me Mac and cheese and bacon. We always order these when we stop by and we can't get enough of them!

So let me tell you about that place,? I looking for some Brazilian food around Clermont, and I found this place, is just amazing pastel and churros. The door is small so if you follow the gps you need park your car and just get inside to the building, have all kinds food the, and you can have a lot fun with your family and friends that inside. I am a new a new resident here, and for now one me and my family will be always there. I simple love it

Pico Bistro is a perfect place for a bite, snack, food on the run. They have a great variety of empanadas, as well as croquettes(coxinha - Brazillian chicken bites, cheese balls, and cod fish bites. Seriously, there is a lot of goodness here.I ordered the coxinha bites to share. And just think of chicken, potato and cheese all wrapped into one. It's Yummy!!! Pick your sauce too. I picked the sweet chili sauce. It's a nice snack so you can taste all throughout the brand new foodie Clermont market - Montrose Street Market! Enjoy!!!

Delicious empanadas! I stopped by after reading about Pico Bistro on Yelp! This building is a mini foot court or market. The bistro is located in the back of the building downstairs. They have several empanada options, but they may not have all on stock. When I visited yesterday, they were out of the chicken and lobster empanadas. I was able to get the beef, egg and olive and also the salmon, cream cheese empanadas. They were cooked perfectly and piping hot. The sauces are good too. The green sauce will definitely leave a little burn after enough of it. The red sauce is sweeter. Nice place with affordable, tasty lunch options.

Such great pasteis (aka empanadas). The cost is reasonable for the amount of food and service was fast. Being from southern Brazil I compare them to what I'm used to having, and these are a version from another part of Brazil, as I'm used to having the crust lighter and bigger overall. Was disappointed to see the vegan version was out of stock as it was one of the things I was looking forward to having. Not a lot of sitting places indoors so we had to bring it home. Will definitely come back when I am in the area!
