Phyre Brewery & Tavern

Love this restaurant. I have visited twice and have not been disappointed. Their ambiance offers a chic mixed with saloon sophistication. Wooden doors and cute wall paper their menu has an American fare with great surprises. I have visited while they featured live music. It's a nice little place. Their service is casual, friendly and welcoming.

We had brunch and the food was delicious, our server Rebecca was a true delight to serve us as well . Very happy we stopped in today with our guests from out of town . Loved the chandeliers the paint and the wallpaper too. Very nice place . So cuTe. A must to stop by.

Service amazing, atmosphere unique, pretzel bites and beer cheese superb; but the Tuna Nachos (which is what I came for) just got lost in the flavor over ride. Seaweed salad and Wasabi heavy drizzle let my taste buds down.

Food is fresh and flavorful. Portions are nice size. Burger was succulent and juicy. Fries cut with skin on cooked with a little crunch. Ahi nachos are one of my favorite. Little wasabi on the bottom topped with ahi, slaw, seaweed and drizzle of creamy sauce. Yummo! Battered fish tacos had slaw on the bottom and lightly battered mahi cooked perfect but would have preferred blackened if it was a choice and drizzled with a creamy dressing. Very juicy tacos. French onion soups had tons of onions in a sweet broth topped with a crusted baguette and topped provolone cheese and sprinkled with sliced scallions. delicious. Candied bacon wow! What a nice appetizers and presentation. Perfection. Service was excellent, attentive andKnowledgeable. Love the interior and attire of all the restaurant staff. 1930's speakeasy. Fun time!

Country style with a colonial goth like decor, very unique.Quick and friendly service. They have daily specials worth it.If you like the savory sweet salty taste, you must try the hangover burger. It's Cinnabon buns with a burger in the middle, finger licking good.They offer a full service bar.I had the phyrerita with the added floater let's just say 1 drink did the trick.Family friendly and they have house brewery beers if you like those.Plenty of parking places.

For the St. Cloud area this a decent place. The highlight was our waitress Kim. The Chicken and Waffles was better with a little Cayenne in it. They still have a ways to go to get it to Tennessee style though. There are some conflicting flavors going on with this dish. I would say another high light was the French onion soup and the pyhre shrimp, just the right amount of kick. The Mac and Cheese was pretty run of the mill.

Beer was great. Burger was great. Fish & Chips was HUGE. Rebecca was excellent helping us to decide what to eat. I'm sure we will be back

We visited for Sunday brunch on Father's Day. WOW was this worth repeating! The service was incredible and food was amazing as were the drinks. We had the American breakfast, steak and eggs and the Bloody Mary. Yes, the Bloody Mary was an actual breakfast. Candied bacon, a scotch egg, chicken and waffles and some kind of stuffed potato tot all in the Bloody Mary!! The steak was perfectly cooked as were the eggs. The star was the chicken and waffle it was absolutely delicious- the chicken was moist with a great crispy outside that paired perfectly with the sweetness of the waffle . We can't wait to visit again.

My husband and I decided to check this place out last night for a quick bite and a drink. We enjoyed the food and the drinks. The waitresses, the hostess and the bartender were all very friendly. I loved the saloon look of the restaurant, from the chandeliers to the wooden beams in the ceiling, the cute booths with velvet seating. We have decided that we will definitely be back! We had the fish and chips for dinner and for drinks we had the Phyrita and the bootlegger rum punch. All were amazing! So if you are in the Saint Cloud area, check them out! Good food and great people.

Excellent service and a fun vibe. The pizzas are delicious and just the right size. This is a great option for both lunch and dinner
