You want some delicious homemade quality ice cream? THIS is the place! Gluten free desserts, dairy free ice cream options, even the waffle cones are freshly made! There were many ice cream flavors to choose from, from your common vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, to the a familiar cookie monster, and M&M chocolate (there's a difference). Something to appreciate with Phoebe's is they make seasonal flavors, like their upcoming Rocket Toffe Crunch. You can also get a cup of coffee, and enjoy it in their cozy sit down area that has a love couch, a couple of tables, and even a kids table!Of course samples of the ice cream are available and they also have ice cream pies that can be ordered for the weekends!

A gem of an ice cream shop! We visit here when we are in the Oviedo area and you should too! Welcoming and warm atmosphere, super friendly staff and amazing treats. I enjoy the ice cream and the wife enjoys the lattes. A nice place to stop and enjoy a sweet treat.

Our favorite ice cream place! The staff is so friendly and the owner is always behind the counter helping out. They offer a variety of flavors, sundaes, coffee etc. Highly recommend stopping by.

Why is @phoebesicecream_ so cute! We went here for our first day of school treat and it was adorable. They also have a full coffee bar and I was able to get a matcha latte while Nat got her double scoop! All the cute cat decorations got me!

We were so excited to stop in and try this new ice cream shoppe. Walking in, the store is adorable and wonderfully decorated for the holidays. They have so many flavors, and all made in house. The owner was behind the counter scoping ice cream and explained everything well. We tried a variety of flavors and everything was delicious. While scooping our ice cream, they checked for allergies, which was very much appreciated. We can't wait to go back and try some of the coffee creations.

I had been following phoebe's on IG for a while and finally went out that way, so it was a perfect time to give them a try. The location has plenty of parking as Home Depot is on one side and other businesses on the other. The place is beautiful and charming and the service was top notch. I really like that they make all their ice cream fresh and in the location. All the flavors were amazing, but I went for "Argentinian dulce de leche" and my 12-yr old for Oreo. Both were superb! My cone had a little "paw" chocolate on top... adorable! They also have coffees, indoor seating and outdoor seating. Give them a try, you'll love it!

I visited phoebes last Saturday and had such a great experience . I like that they are a small business who takes care of their customers . They offer a variety flavors of ice cream and have a cafe menu with different coffee choices. I tried the Oreo bunny cookie ice cream and let me say it was delicious. It had enough Oreo flavor and had a sweet vanilla cream taste to it. I overall think the ambiance was nice and will definitely be going back.

AMAZING ICECREAM! We had Phoebe's caramel brownie sundae. Staff is so lovely and wonderful.

Customer service is amazing and personable .. also has some gf vegan options which is hard to find! It's delicious too!
