Review Pho VillagesMy wife and I visited for lunch at 1400, plenty of parking in the lot outside.Inside the restaurant there are 8-10 tables for customers, two were occupied this afternoon during our visit. The kitchen extractor fan and music were pretty loud. We placed our orders at the counter and paid electronically, the counterman said to have a seat and he would bring our meals to us.We found our table to have sticky food residue and part of a fried noodle left by previous customers. The table rocked from uneven legs, but we were able to wedge the wet napkins we generated by cleaning the table-top beneath the short leg and the table stabilized. So far, not looking too impressive, but the food has not yet arrived, so we remain hopeful.I was hoping to see hoisin sauce, and maybe some nuoc-mam in table dispensers, but this was not to be. When the food arrived, things started looking up! I chose the char-grilled pork Bün (mixed diced greens and vegetables, bean sprouts, and vermicelli noodles, topped with nuoc-cham (a pleasing dressing of lime juice, sugar, nuoc-mam, and water)). The char-grilled pork was the tastiest I have ever found, nicely mixed which seared/browned vegetables that might have been shallots, or green onions, or lemongrass. Super flavorful, with plenty of pork. The other dish we ordered was Shrimp Pad-Thai. We thought the noodles were over-cooked to the point of mushiness, and the shrimp were tough and flavorless. So, one hit, one miss on the food,I am sure everything varies from day to day, so your experience may be different, but I was amazed by the taste and preparation of the char-grilled pork.Oh, one last thing: It appears that only paper plates/bowls and plastic utensils are used, even for dine-in, and based on the actions of others, it looks like you are expected to bus your own table before leaving.I can say that the gentleman, as we were leaving, was very personable.

Great little place. In and out and quality food, tastes very authentic. Great Vietnamese coffee too - better than Starbucks is my vote

I always always always love the boba here!! It's always so good, packed with flavor and rich. The chicken wings are good as well, however we had to get them recooked because there was blood inside. The Pad Thai was good as well but I wasn't a big fan of it. It was a bit heavy for me and that chicken with the rice and eggs was good as well. The staff in here is very nice and I love the feel of their restaurant. The wait time for the food wasn't bad and they do use all fresh ingredients. I just wish I enjoyed my food more.

I was excited to get some Pad Thai Tofu style. But when I tried it, it had red pepper flakes. Pad Thai NEVER has hot peppers. I've had it 100's of times. I called 1 minute after I picked up my order and they were rude and didn't care. I guess I'll try to give this to a neighbor? It's inedible for me! Terrible customer service. This version of Pad Thai is NOT REAL Pad Thai. (AND, there is no mention of hot peppers in the menu for this item? It is spicy!)Bad business...

Stay away. Ordered my pho to go and the noodles was not fully cooked. How does this happen if Pho is your specialty?
