The first time I went the service was amazing with large portions of food, but the second time I went a different person took my order. I asked for no meat on a certain meal, she gave it to me loaded with meat. I asked for brown sugar boba milk tea, she gave me strawberry. Mind you, I ordered these exact things before with no problem. Lastly I ordered two steak pho bowls. I only received one. And the person with me sat with me for about 10 minutes waiting for their other bowl. They also kind of peer pressure you to do a google review, just to get a four dollar discount. Other than that, the food is good. Just the service isn't well, atleast she was kind?..

Not too bad. We actually only stopped in because we were staying nearby and our go-to place was temporarily out of business. So with cravings for pho, here we go ..or err went. Everything was okay, alright. Service was splendidly doting in the moment, however, we still needed to hunt our check down and pay at the counter. Was also long spells of inactivity when we could have used them. And there's no mood music going on, so you'll have to suffer through the sounds of everyone else's problems ranging from trivial ordering issues to politics on our visit. I thought the veggie pho was cheap with the ingredients or less diverse than other pho's I've had and learned to come to expect. And something was also lost with the accoutrements arriving all cellophaned up. Hmn. There's also no tap water but they'll bring you "free" bottled water you'll find out is free only after you order it; thank you awkwardly but not sure why you go through all that then. Spring rolls were good. Teriyaki chicken was good. I don't think I'd return but money well spent.

We planned to attend here because we heard about a new Pho place in the area. Right in the heart of Lake Mary shopping you'll find this to the right side of Academy Sports. A perfect spot for anyone in the area.Great atmosphere, very warm and welcoming. We were greeted and sat down at a booth. Loved the menu, I do wish they served Bahn Mi but the menu was very simple with a contemporary design and a nice selection of entree items and appetizers.We ordered: Summer rolls and spring rolls as appetizers. Our favorite was the dipping sauce for the fried spring rolls but both appetizers were fire! We also ordered 2 Pho bowls: shrimp and the beef&tendon bowl. What we loved most about these were the broth! The broth is fantastic, we barely needed to add any hoisin sauce or chili sauce. If you're looking for a spot that's quiet and chill, stop by here and enjoy a meal or two. We were the only customers and so I encourage everyone to support this new restaurant! It definitely is a gem!

Good food, the pork with vermicelli I ordered lasted me two meals, as the portion was large as well as delicious. I found the place a little empty, perhaps because its so new. Neat and clean, restaurant, with quick and efficient service on top of the good food - what else can one want? Totally coming back here.

I came here with my wife and father for lunch. It's very clean and the staff is very nice. The fried rice I have tasted great! The flavor profile was delicious and different, better than the other pho spots around here. My wife and dad had their pho, so I tasted the broth and it was very good! In my opinion, this place is the best pho spot in lake Mary right now to me.

This place was definitely disappointing.. Came in around 6 pm and it was a dead zone. Place was completely empty but I figured I would try it anyways hoping I found a hidden gem. The lady was nice and greeted me right away. Even though the place was empty, it has a very clean feel to it and everything looked brand new. I took a look at the menu and first thing that jumped out was the prices... bowl of pho ranges from small, medium, large. 20$ for a bowl of pho is crazy to me (especially since i eat pho all the time) but prices are prices... what can you do? I ordered the medium size bowl and let me tell you... from the time it came to my table to the time I finished it - took about 4-6 mins. The portion size for a medium size 17$ bowl was a joke. The pictures I took is before I started to eat... I could basically pick the whole entire portion size up with my chopsticks. And a couple pieces of meats is even more hilarious. Even the side condiments of bean sprouts looks sad... you can get better prices or better portions somewhere else. I will say this.. the broth was very flavorful. Which is why, it's so sad for me to right this review because this place could be GREAT.. but instead they try to be cheap in how much they give you. The lady brought me my bowl of pho and never came back to check how everything was... and I was the only customer in the building! Pretty sure she sat in the corner to eat?? Overall I spent over 20$ on a bowl of pho that I finished in 3 bites...

Best Pho around. nice clean family run restaurant. Depends who's your server, it can be attentive or awkwardly clueless.

My husband and I were visiting from LA, and this was our first stop for a hot meal. AMAZING. We had the beef pho, and the lemongrass beef vermicelli. Both were delightful!! The service were impeccable, with the staff kind and attentive. Thank you, Pho Mai!

If we could rate the quality zero stars we would. Absolutely the worst quality Vietnamese food we have ever eaten. We ordered Chicken fried rice which was stale rice with few vegetables and unbelievable dark hard mystery meat - not Chicken! It was completely inedible. Had to throw it away. The summer rolls were equally the worst quality pork and shrimp. Not fresh. Poorest and lowest quality. The good reviews must not be verified customers. Can't imagine how this place stays in business. Truly awful, awful food.

I was a bit hesitant to try this place with only one review, but I'm so glad I did. The food tasted amazing--I ordered the special combination, and their medium size is like large everywhere else I've been. The service was excellent too!
