Part of the Filipino restaurant experience is watching the variety shows!
They had a soft opening celebration during my visit, so there were tables set up to enjoy samples of their hot food.

Phil-Asian Foodmart: A Taste of Authentic Filipino CuisineLocation: Kissimmee, FloridaNestled in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida, Phil-Asian Foodmart offers a delightful culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. What sets this eatery apart is its unique turo-turo style, reminiscent of the convenience of Panda Express but with a Filipino twist.Upon my recent visit, I indulged in the Filipino menudo and bistek combo, and I was not disappointed. The menudo boasted tender pieces of liver harmonizing with the savory sausage, all enveloped in a rich tomato sauce. The bistek, reminiscent of lomo saltado, was a symphony of flavors, with the tangy calamansi cutting through the richness of the soy sauce base.Surprisingly, Phil-Asian Foodmart is not merely a market but also features a cozy dining area where patrons can savor their meals on-site. It's more akin to a restaurant with a small market attached, offering the best of both worlds. However, given the changing daily selections, it's advisable to call ahead or arrive around noon to experience the full array of dishes. The culinary adventure doesn't end with lunch; Phil-Asian Foodmart also caters to early risers with traditional Filipino breakfast options from 7 am to 10 am. Longanisa with egg and garlic rice promises to be a delightful treat worth waking up for. Moreover, the market section of Phil-Asian Foodmart is a treasure trove for Filipino food enthusiasts. You can find sauces, snacks, frozen meats, bakery items, and even Filipino cosmetics.I rode my bike here today since I found out it was only 3 miles from my house. I can't wait for my next visit to Phil-Asian Foodmart. I'll bring a car next time so I can take more food home. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado of Filipino cuisine or a curious foodie looking to expand your palate, Phil-Asian Foodmart promises an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

I stumbled upon this place as I was looking to satisfy my native roots for filipino food. There was a celebration going down and I was offered to try a variety of filipino dishes that Phil-Asian Foodmart plans to offer and serve (and for FREE--lucky me) in their mini 'Kapihan' area.It was their soft-opening so the place is very new and a bit bare for a Phil-Asian Market. They have all the basics to make a complete hands down filipino meal like dinuguan, longazina, frozen sea food, pandesal, filipino canned goods and spices. I bought 2 pkgs of Frozen Lumpia (chicken) and 2 freshly made dessert which I think is Bibingka. OMG! Sooooooo GOOD.They have literal home kitchen refrigerators to store their frozen goods as well as the pull down freezers for the seafood options and open glass coolers for the drinks. It's definite Mom & Pop type of vibe. All the products lined the walls of the establishment while the center was cleared to accommodate tables and chairs for their celebration. I assume that it will be lined with regular aisles with more product as they get their footing and the need for a dedicated filipino grocery in that neighborhood grows. I, myself, drove 11 miles just to get to them. The prices are a bit high but worth it I think. The owners and their family are very welcoming and friendly. I almost felt like I was walking into my Tita's house for merienda! They were very warm and eager to help me with my needs. I'll be visiting them again soon when I'm in town.

Hard to find Filipino's places around Orlando for breakfast. This was the only one that had prepared hots foods to order. We loved the sweet chicken with the garlic rice. The sinigang with pork wasn't that flavorful and the pork was really dried out and chewy. The milk fish tasted old and the longnise was so so.The staff was very friendly and fun to be with.

They have hot food prepared and a selection of condiments to eat with your food. A combo plate with 2 entrees was $11. The service was great. The grocery selection isn't big but the hot food was good.

Looked for comfort food while away from home. Even when it was close to closing time, staff was friendly and eager to help. Didn't have too much prepared foods at that time( figured for the end of the day) but still had pancit, dinuguan, mungo, adobo, menudo, longanisa , and I believe a couple other things.. Ordered the menudo and siopao for the kids, longanisa and dinuguan for us, and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was! I usually don't like garlc longanisa and prefer the sweet one, but this was REALLY good!! I regret only getting a few! The menudo and dinuguan was just like the way my grandma makes it! I would definitely come back and/or suggest this place to family and friends that come to Orlando to visit.
