Did you know that Phat Ash does COOKIE CLASSES?! Do yourself a favor and sign up! It's so fun!You definitely need instructions to find it, and be aware of the parking situation! (Park on the street to avoid getting towed from other businesses.) Once you find it, you'll know! There's a cute red carpet up to a fence, and a nice little courtyard leading inside.My friend and I did the Halloween cookie class. They gave us the premade dough, and we got to mix in all kinds of things to make our own cookies! (I'm talking biscoff cookies, lemon crumble, peanut butter chips, marshmallows, chocolate chips, Oreos, marshmallow fluff, frosting, espresso glaze....I can keep going...) You can also bring your own mix ins if you want to.We brought some wine, made all kinds of fun cookies, and then ordered grilled cheese from Grilled Cheezus next door while they baked. When the cookies were done, we got to decorate them. They give you all kinds of ideas and tips, and they are very nice!We had a great time making our cookies. We ended up going home with about 10 HUGE cookies each! (You can make a few big ones or many small ones. It's all about how you want to cut up your dough.) I definitely went home and ate 1 bite of each before freezing them all for later. All of the combos ended up being delish!

Tons of tasty and creative cookie options. We ordered a few and they were all delicious! We were lucky enough to experience Phat Ash cookies at a food truck festival, but it looks like you can also get them at Grilled Cheezus or order online and have them shipped or pickup at their speakeasy location. Prices are a little high, $6 per cookie, but I think they're worth it as a special treat every once in awhile.

Seen the vendor at a few locations before but never tried the cookies. My friend who visits from Fort Lauderdale every once in awhile said I need to try them. I saw her at the sam flex project and had to get a cookie. I ended up with this banana pudding cookie that had a banana chip on top. It was so delicious! I can't wait to try the other cookies!

Always my first stop when I am at a local weekend market around Orlando, usually Goblin Mart or Milk Mart. The cookies are awesome and consistent. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and will answer any questions you have. Love them!

Phatash can do no wrong in my book - these cookies are ! And with new flavors dropping all the time there's always more to try. Definitely follow them on Insta so you don't miss out.

Stopped by their cookie stand at a holiday event and purchased their black velvet coal cookie for $5. I was anticipating something similar to cookie crumbl but I have to admit it was not the same. The overall taste was lacking and unfortunately the freshness did not feel there either. While the pictures and graphics are cool I just think the product itself needs a bit more focus or it could of just been this flavor too, I'm not sure.

First time trying at the Parking Lot Party on Mills 50. Met Ash whom is very sweet, cool and helpful when choosing a cookie for your personal pallet.I ordered a Birthday Bananas Cookie ($6) - this was everything I didn't know I needed in a cookie! It taste like banana bread mixed with birthday cake cookie dough. And there's a icing like filling in the middle. *chefs kiss*Cloud9 Cookie ($6) - was pretty good it's not as sweet as the one above. It gives macadamia nut cookie with sprinkles. It's worth a try but I'm a bit biased because I'm a bigger fan of the Banana bread taste. It goes without saying I'm looking forward to checking out more flavors soon.

This review is past ovedue, but I want to write about this locally owned family business. Located in the heart of Orlando, this cookie bakery is nothing like any other. I was planning a 4th birthday party for my daughter with "4-ever sweet" theme. For party favors, I chose various keepsakes that had a connection to sweet treats. But instead of loading the boxes with candy, I went to Ashley, the owner of Phat Ash Bakes. The process of designing the perfect cookie was fun, easy and tapped into my creative side of the brain. Ashley patiently replied to every email offering options and gently making suggestions that would best suit my little girl. She even created tiny samples for easier decision making. Each cookie came individually sealed in festive looking bag for prolonged freshness. We also froze a few to share them later with friends who could not attend the party. Pink icing, animal cracker and edible glitter, everything little girl's heart desired, the cookies were a hit and savoured by children and adults alike! Ashley, you are a true cookie expert and enthusiast, we'll be contacting you again in May, thank you!

Easily some of the best cookies I've ever had....incredible, creative cookies. Put Phat Ash N' Chill on the short list.

Bomb ash cookies, lol! Got to tries these after seeing them on IG so many times before and they did not disappoint! They had a nice arrangement of cookies today at the Orlando parking lot brunch event. I opted for the baby got back and the rager. These cookies were decadent and thick! The baby got back had a small cinnamon roll inside, loved the addition to the cookie, and it tasted amazing! My favorite though was the ranger, can't ever go wrong with fruity pebbles plus at first bite I just overall loved it. Was told the cookies change in a weekly basis, so can't wait to try more of these out in the future, maybe even hopefully catch some of those brownies!
