I met a friend here for lunch and she was already seated when I came in because I was running late. Karin came overimmediately to get my drink order and answer any questions before l ordered.I was a little confused because the prices/menu had changed since the last time I was there. I told her what l wanted and she figured it out for me. She was so nice! She took such great care of us! Our drinks were never low because she brought us refills and when the food came out, she checked in with us to ensure that we were happy. I ordered 2 eggs and hash browns with onions and cheese. My friend ordered the Belgian waffle platter which included 2 eggs and bacon. The food was delicious and we were really pleased with our experience! The atmosphere is refreshing. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We'll be back!

Went to dinner for the first time to Perkins Restaurant in Altamonte Springs. The place looked okay, a bit old fashioned. We got seated after a few minutes as the person taking payment was also the host but I told him I could not stand for long as I had a bad back. Our service was okay. And we got our food at a reasonable time. I always read the Yelp reviews before I go to a restaurant and this one had some negative reviews.Ordered Turkey lunch. Glad it had a discount for seniors. They give you a lot of food. I never finish my plate. Always take some home. There was plenty left. The sauce on the Turkey was very salty so I could not eat my lunch and the waitress brought back some mashed potatoes. I think the whole meal was too salty. I should have sent it all back. Eating out is expensive anymore but this place had reasonable prices. Had a nice cherry pie and it came with ice cream.Might come back again but I won't order the Turkey lunch anymore.

My family and I have been coming here for years, and when I say years I mean yearsss. That's right I'm a rare breed of true Orlando natives. This location is by far the best Perkins I've been too throughout central Florida. Every time we come we get excellent service and food comes out quick. It does get pretty busy on sundays though so keep that in mind. I came here today for my monthly breakfast date with my dad and they have the cutest deserts out ready for Valentine's Day. Their pumpkin muffins are always by favorite during the holidays and they now have a Valentine's Day pumpkin muffin. One more thing to add is they give 10% military discount. Shout out to all that have served! Score!

We visited Perkins this morning for breakfast. We ordered the Granny Omelette and a Veggie Omelette. One with toast and the other with a short stack. Enjoyed both dishes. Our service was good. The decorations were very festive. Michael the manager was very attentive to the guests. Noticed a couple of associates with heavy cigarette odor about them. Observed them out back when pulling in. One came to sit us. Not very appetizing. If this didn't occur, a fourth star would have been given. Will return breakfast again.

We came here for lunch. I got a ham and cheese omelette and my husband got roast beef. The food and prices are great but the service is awful. We asked for waters in addition to soft drinks and iced tea. The waitress said she would bring it. I finished my tea. Although the waitress walked by our table several times she ignored my empty glass. About 10-15 minutes later she brought our food and finally picked up my glass to refill. I mentioned the water again when she took my water glass and she brought both.

Came here on a Saturday morning with some friends. It was their first time here so it was exciting for them! They've been IHOP fans for life, but this visit changed their minds. The first they notice is that it's a lot quieter than an IHOP, which makes the dining experience more pleasant. We were seated immediately and our orders were taken shortly after. My boyfriend and I are always Perkin's fans, and we just added two more on the list - our friends. The portions are bigger, the food is tastier, and the ambiance is mellow. Everything you want in a nice, quiet Saturday morning. The Altamonte location is our go-to because even though it may seen busy, they always have you seated less than 10 minutes.

Food is always amazing. Jean our waiter is awesome! He remembers our orders and treats us like we're his only customers. We see he treats all his customers the same. This is the Perkins on 192 by Sherbeth Road.

We have been a regular customer of this Perkins for over a decade. We love the food, and the value for the money is outstanding. There is always some on the menu for everyone in our party. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great American food at a reasonable price. We expect to continue patronizing this restaurant for many years to come.

The hostess stole my $10 dollar bill.I asked for change for of my $10 dollar bill so I could tip the server in cash.The hostess pocketed my $10 dollar bill andleft the restaurant.

The food was great and the waiter was super courteous and pleasant, Me and my company enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Recommend this place .
