PDQ Orlando: Waterford/UCF

Staff are always very friendly and helpful, much more than what you'd typically expect when ordering fast food. Their chicken and sauces are all really good and they have a few healthier options available. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating and seemed to be well maintained. I appreciate the handwashing station and the option to order with a person or electronically.

My PDQ experience last week was totally off. I sent them an email and none even had the consideration to respond.- They refused to honor my Rewards.- They had no Ice.- They had no Sweet Tea- I didn't get any Garlic Bread- I didn't get the Buffalo Sauce that I ordered- I had to park behind the building because employee cars and empty mobile order spots were taking up the prime parking spacesThere are literally six different restaurants serving the same items within a mile. Why would I ever come back?

Not what it used to be. Used to eat here a lot. Then, they spiked their prices. And then they decided to be stingy with their sauces. I'm sorry, if I'm spending $13 or more for a meal, I should be able to get more than 2 sauces for the 5 tenders and fries. And more than 1 sauce for 3 tenders and fries. And the attitude of the manager I dealt with was lame after they changed this policy. Since these changes, I haven't been back. Gotta be better than that.

I guess this location doesn't do garlic bread with their tender meal. Came here during a trip to Orlando and even though they charge the regular menu price, they don't provide the full described menu item. Won't be coming here again.

I'm a PDQ fan for sure! We went inside to pick up our mobile order (super easy to use and the rewards are great). Ambiance from what we could tell was good, the restaurant was a little messy, but we took to-go. I love their grilled tenders (hubbys fave is the spicy tenders; those are great too!) and the options for sides and sauces. We go out of our way to drive to PDQ. Unlike other popular chicken establishments I feel the ingredients and options are better here. Occasionally yeah we may get some colder fries or maybe the didn't give me the ridiculous amount of extraordinary blue cheese that I asked for. But that's ok. We still choose pdq. Oh.... And those shakes? YUM!

My husband swears PDQ is better than chick-fil-a, but I can proudly say it is absolutely not.Was the line shorter? Yes Are they open on Sundays? YesIs their food better? No Is their sauce better? No Were the fries better? Heck noI mean don't get me wrong the chicken was good, but not great. I got the PDQ regular chicken sandwich with their pdq sauce. I did love how crispy the chicken was but it was way too salty and I couldn't finish it because of the fact. The sauce was okay but the whole time I was like man I wish I had some cfa honey mustard right now. The fries again were okay, but ironically needed some salt. I love me some French fries- esp freshly cooked, perfectly salted cfa fries. I will go wait in line just for those fries, but these fries...didn't even come close. Service was good. The chicken was piping hot and freshly cooked too. But unless it's Sunday and my husband is driving then I probably won't end up back here.

This place is always very quick with a good portion of food for the price. I always get chicken tenders and fries with the buffalo bleu sauce and it's the best combination when I'm craving fried chicken. Definitely one of my favorite places for chicken tenders!

The food was good but the girl who took our order sounded like a robot it was really weird. They are training their employees to sound lifeless thinking it's good customer service.

Love PDQ.I would rather have them than....PopeyesCanesChick Fil AKFCZaxbysetc....One of my favorite things is the individual hand washing station. The food is always outstanding fresh and they have some really nice choices for different sides like zucchini fries. I always visit when I can.

The lady in the drive thru working Halloween night was unusual. I tried to place kids meal to my order and she refused to add the meal because I didn't have a kid with me. It was almost 10pm on a school night and my little brother was hungry even after I told her she refused. I had to go out the line and place a mobile order just so I could have a kids meal. Very Rude and unprofessional.
