They need a ENGLISH person to work here for those who do not speak Spanish. This is in regards to the Pleasant Hill Location. So I found out of this place from a Venezuelan Colleague who brought in pastries from them and the Tequenos and Empanadas were delicious. The dough is delicious that they use to make the Tequenos and Pastelitos. Pastelitos is Venezuelan empanadas. I ordered the beef one. Tequenos is like a mozzarella stick but wrapped in dough. The Tequenos here is small sized but thick and delicious. When you dip it with their Cilantro Crema sauce it is delicious. It is also delicious on it own. The Pastelitos it was good it was thinly wrapped in dough similar to the Tequenos dough and STUFFED with ground seasoned beef with hints of cubed tiny potatoes. It reminded me of a picadillo. So the shape is round it remined me of the UNCRUSTABLES but smaller. I hear the popular one for the Pastelitos is the potato cheese. This was also delicious with the Cilantro Crema sauce. The cashier offered me a sample size of what it look like a chicken salad with mini diced potatoes and peas and mayo. It was delicious. So what lost a star was the language barrier. NONE of the staff spoke any english. I had to ask customers that were walking in or was there waiting for their food to translate. The menu it self was in spanish too. I can understand spanish a little bit but it was a challenge to order from them. The cashier told one of the customers who was our translator that she gave me a extra piece of tequenos with my order. Oh also - the entrance door is confusing LOL its a sliding door method. It needs WD40 asap. Overall the food here is delicious and for a newly opened franchise this Pleasant Hill location is busy when I was there they had a few customers picking up tp go orders.

This place is another little hidden gem in Kissimmee. For authentic Tequeños (which is cheese wrapped in a dough) this place is the place to go! Baked, not fried and homemade.Super delicious soft, creamy, flaky goodness. And they have a special sauce that comes with them that just makes them that much better!Small menu but everything is fresh and homemade. You can taste the difference. You can call ahead your order if you dont have time to wait. Very tiny spot. Can't dine in. To go only.

My mom and I were cravinggg some empanadas, and we decided to Uber Eats it tonight from Pastelitos Chips- and I'm SO HAPPY that we did! Oohhhhmahgawd So, family rivalry- I prefer Venezuelan empanadas, she prefers Colombian- so we ordered both. The Venezuelan empanadas were TO DIE FOR- perfectly juicy and shredded meat inside- ugh so much yum. She adored her Colombian empanadas and thought they were delish (the beef was mixed with potatoes inside). The cilantro sauce that came with the empanadas was phenomenal. Every bite with a dip in the sauce... all of the thumbs up. We also ordered the tequeños with the guava and cheese- YUM. I suggest eating them while eating the empanadas... The balance of sweet and salty is amazing. We also got churros- I was concerned that they'd be a little soggy and chewy on their Uber Eats journey to my house... NOPE. They were perfectly crunchy and just right. So good.I will most definitely be satisfying my future empanada cravings again with Pastelitos Chips real soon! Everything was correct with my order- I couldn't be more satisfied!

I really liked it!Food is good, the space is really nice even though it is small, wait time was a little too long, however it's understandable since everything is made at the moment you place the order, prices were reasonable, and as I mentioned before, the food was amazing. Only complain I'd have would be one of the employees or maybe friend of the owner was being way too loud while using his phone, and didn't care who was around, same thing with the cashier, she started singing loudly for no reason. Aside from that, it's a great small place to get some quick food from, I'm going there again for sure.

Oooo weeee!!! The Colombian empanadas are amazing! Perfectly crispy, and the chicken and the beef fillings are mixed with a little bit of potato. Delicious! The green sauce is fantastic as well. I've been on the hunt for the perfect Colombian style yellow corn empanada. Super Rico still has the best imo, but Pastelitos Chips is a super close second! I am beyond excited to have found these! I do wish they offered a Colombian-style cheese empanada, but the execution of the options they do have (carne y pollo) is 10/10 :) Thank you for existing, Pastelitos Chips!
