I was in town on a work trip and we stayed right off of Highway 192 when we noticed Food Trucks Heaven. Our group was in the mood for variety so we decided to check it out. I was in the mood for Italian so I went to Pastaccini FT. I ended up not getting the most Italian dish on their menu but it was freakin delicious and a massive serving. Their menu is small which I liked in making it an easier decision to select an entree. I went with pulled pork over Mac + Cheese. The owner, Enrique, explained that he cooked the pork for 12 hours and you could tell by the texture and flavor of the pork. It was some of the best pork I've ever had. It's easy in these formulas to mess up the mac + chz but it was very good with some fresh cheese that melted over the noodles. Based on the pictures on the menu, I expected a small-ish entree but it was huge. I couldn't finish it and had leftovers (which I crushed the next day). For under $20, it was not only a delicious meal but a great bargain.
