Pasta Lab Italian Cuisine

It's super small super local, the pasta is really good and for a great price, I got the carbonara and it was legit carbonara. It was really creamy and salty (in a good way) and you can taste the pancetta and eggs. It did take a while to be ready, which I think is worse it bc it shows he was legit making a meal, so for me it was worth the wait. The place was small you can't really dine in its for a takeout place which is stated in the name. That spot also has sushi but I'm not sure how to access that menu online, I wish they made it easier, it's hardly mentioned but both men look hardworking!

This is an Italian restaurant with a sushi chef! THE SUSHI WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My coworker put me on & we haven't stopped ordering ALL WEEK lol. The awesome roll is amazing and it's baked that's super different & with mozzarella cheese on top reminds me of Mac & cheese lol. The ninja roll was HANDS DOWN the best roll ever, with cooked salmon on top & the eel sauce it was perfection. The customer service is great. I've only ordered to go but will definitely stop by.

This place is a 10/10. It is a take out place. I went today for the first time and all we ordered was fresh, amazing flavor and good price. Sadly, I have no pictures since we ate it all too quickly and forgot about it. We will definitely go back soon.

Everything was delicious and the worker was friendly when we came to pick up. Definitely recommended and would come back!

Food: food itself deserved five stars and I'd highly recommend it for the price, and amount of food. It came hot. I was not expecting it to make it all the way home hot. It did though. It's great for a couple or a single person to bring home. That chef is incredibly talented. It's a shame the talents being wasted at this space. Concept: Its a dumb concept. They expect you to completely take out fresh pasta and reheat it at home. They have zero seating area. It's a shame for beautiful pasta it deserves a seating area. I would come with my fiancé alone but I wouldn't with my family because there's no place to sit. They also don't seem to have a delivery service that I saw which makes it even worse. Take out places should have delivery service. I will say the foods incredible and homemade and I would have given it five stars. But again it was just the fact you can't eat in. Y'all need actual seating areas and need to allow people to sit in the place. For real. It's beautiful pasta. You can see it cooked in front of you. That's a cool concept but the whole bring it home and flood your fridge with leftovers is a nightmare situation.Delivery: no Hours: open until 8 only Also includes a sushi place inside! Also I should mention I'm so picky if foods not good I refuse to eat it. It was amazing. I ate it.

3 1/2 stars. I tried this recently, getting the Penne Vodka with Chicken. The sauce was a bit milder than what I've gotten elsewhere, but pretty good all in all. Breadsticks were definitely not as good as those at the Big Italian Chain, ditto for the salad. Service is minimal (I ordered online, the food was ready when I got there.) There's apparently also a separate sushi operation working out of the same space. For me, there's little reason to prefer getting food to-go from here as opposed to the Big Italian Chain except that it's marginally closer to my house.

Excelente servicio, muy amables, muy buena comida; presentación y atención al cliente

First time here. Had penne and meatballs and penne with sausage. Absolutely delicious!! Big portions and garlic sticks were wonderful. Try Pasta Lab you won't be disappointed.

Great food and amazing service. Huge portions for cheap price. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
