Paris Bakeshop & Cafe

Paris Bakeshop & Cafe is located in one of the smaller plaza's around Waterford Lakes. The food counter is to the immediate right when you walk in and you place your order prior to choosing a seat.The decor is minimal - tables and chairs of varying sizes, some French-themed pictures, a coffee mural and one gender neutral bathroom.There are a lot of coffee choices and a fair amount of French brunch items as well. I chose to try a butter croissant and a Parisian baguettine (a small baguette, but on this day, they were out of baguettines, so the sandwich was on a different type of French bread) with turkey. Cafe staff bring your food items to the table as customers are given numbers to place on their chosen table after ordering at the counter. My sandwich was good. I liked the creaminess the butter adds. But my croissant was burnt. I asked for another one but the two remaining croissants were only burnt to a lesser degree. The parts of the croissant that weren't burnt tasted good - I only wish the entire croissant was edible.

Came here for breakfast before seeing a movie, and had a generally meh experience.Ordered two specialty lattes. Big props to the large selection of sugar free options. Wife is a diabetic, so the fact that there was more than just sugar free vanilla is great. Had the Queen of Hearts and Nutty White Mocha. Both were tasty. I will say, didn't taste much coffee, but that isn't super surprising for specialty lattes. Ordered the Sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, the Ami Chipotle, and a hash brown. The breakfast sandwiches were good. Very hot and fresh, so that was a plus. The croissant was flaky and tasty. I will say, I'm pretty sure the cheese was just a Kraft slice melted on, so that was a little disappointing. The Ami Chipotle has good flavor, but the focaccia definitely was a little stale. Would have been better on the croissant. The hash brown was...gross. Wrong color, not crispy, just no. Didn't even finish it. Service was also meh. The lady at the counter seemed annoyed that we were even here. Not particularly rude, but definitely not quality service.Atmosphere is also a meh. Quiet and relaxed, and with plenty of tables. This used to be a different coffee shop, and the overall aesthetic looks like someone went to TJMaxx and grabbed whatever vaguely French things they could find and put them on the walls, and when they ran out, they left up the previous decorations.Overall, not a terrible stop for coffee to go. Don't expect to be blown away though.

Overpriced food. The crepe I got came out cold which was super depressing. You can get a much better croissant down the road at mecados, probably better coffee too. They also have plastic silverware which doesn't exactly work well with crepes. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for the price you're paying

They can change their name as many times as they like, it's still the same trash coffee. It's really no better than gas station coffee, except it's twice as expensive. They really need to switch their coffee provider, brewing practices, etc. Maybe this works for a bunch of college kids who just load it up w syrup? The staff are nice, and the location is great for studying, but that's it.

I had the chai tea latte and the almond croissants and the chocolate croissants for an office bfast. The service was friendly but the latte was too sweet! It tasted good, but I could only drink about a 3rd of it. I actually added 1/2 cup of water to tone it down. The Almond croissants were really disappointing, not much flavor and I was expecting an almond paste filling, but I never found any, all there was of almond were some toasted almonds on the top of what tasted like plain croissants. The chocolate croissants were better. Overall, I would not return, I didn't think the pastry's were worth the price either. So bummed, I really wanted to like this place!

I picked up croissants several times and they are always perfection Especially the price after 1. I haven't tested anything else but the almond and chocolate croissants are excellent consistentlyJune Update Ya gotta go in the am to find croissants for sure They were out by the time I got there this week so we tried other things like the macarons & tte almond tart, so yum My daughter has also learned to appreciate the quality of food.

No good to share. Stopped in on Saturday about 10:30 am. My friend asked for a menu coffee and told they were out. Asked for a second on the board, again they were out; so, ordered an expresso. Girl barrista appear to add powdered coffee & hot water, yuck. It was awful. I ordered a medium latte and it was mediocre at best. The barista wasn't friendly & seemed annoyed we were there. She was also dressed like she was going to mow a lawn, dirty jeans wrinkled top, lol. No appetizing pastries we could see. We will never return, this store is mismanaged which is a shame because the location and outside area is great. Suggest going across the street, get a Starbucks, and drink it here outside! Lol

Came for brunch and it didn't disappoint! Very nice staff and all of their food is made FRESH... meaning the eggs were being cooked on a skillet right in front of me. Save yourself the trouble of running to Starbucks where they pop a frozen breakfast sandwich in the microwave. I'm really happy with the healthy options here. Will be coming back

Nice menu selection, nice quite spot to work remotely. The service is nice and the establishment is nice and clean. The parking lot is trash cuz there are alot of other businesses in the same area.

We've been constant customers of the cafe for a long time.They've had excellent customer service before We liked the servers and everyone here .But today we were served by a new barista and from the very beginning till the very end our customer experience was awful.First of all she was unfriendly, gave desserts for two people on the same plate and even threw this plate.
