Came in for NYE.......... Man was it busy however we did have a Disney reservation. I will say this process was truly confusing. We had to stand in line, just to tell the host that we had a reservation. It didnt make sense to me but whatever. We waiting in line maybe 10 minutes before making to the host and the. Had to wait another 10 minutes for a table. I'm assuming this is the process for NYE. But I would suggest making this process a little more smoothly. The atmosphere was decent, very busy. We also were told we could only sit at the table for 90 minutes before we'd be asked to leave.The food was pretty good, I had the fish tacos with a mango type spread. The fish was fried really well and was seasoned. Our waiter was Juan and he was very nice and informative but very busy as well.Overall, this was a great time. Next time I am in Disney springs I would come back.

We had a very poor experience with lunch here at Paradisio37 in Disney Springs. The food was just ok but the service was horrible. Our waitress never returned after taking our order. We had to keep asking someone else for everything we asked for but didn't receive. Nobody ever asked how the food was or if we needed anything. Definitely not going back there.

The theme of the restaurant seemed nice but the service wasn't great. The bar had dirty dishes and sticky countertops when we arrived; we patiently waited for the bar to be cleaned (thinking another guest may have just left), but it took quite awhile to get service. They had many empty tables and seats but the bar tenders seemed frustrated. The drinks are around $17+ and didn't taste like they were made to order (they may have been, but we didn't see the bartender make them). We decided to leave after one round of drinks and didn't order food.

Out of my own 100's of reviews you can see I don't do this often. 2 reasons why this review. The men's bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. So bad I mentioned it to a mgr. It was so GROSS, I couldn't believe the mgr I spoke to didn't come back to me and apologize or say something. Second, I've ordered 100's of Espresso Martini's. I always order them dark (instead of Bailey's you use Kahlua) and came with Baileys. Took forever for our waiter to come back to the table. In fact, we got our food prior to drinks. Not a big deal. Food came. Drinks came. I was done with my meal b4 waiter came back. Finally, I asked can I get this dark? It came. It was good. Here's the pathetic part. We get the bill and there was a "charge" for a shot. HUH? I've never seen that. A shot of what? Kahlua? I don't know Espresso Martinis were a la carte. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't have one.A BIG sign they don't give a s*it, they don't respond to reviews. Will never go back and sadly doesn't even matterBecause they have a constant revolving door of new customers so customer service means nothing to them. It's evident from this yelp page.

It's good for those last minute reservations as there is always some reservation available. The check in was complicated as the have 2 check in stands but they lead you to 1 after having you stand @ the other. Service was okay, but the bust boy managed to rush something & spill something all over my mom's purse. Luckily it came off and her purse was black. Would consider as a last option on a packed night at Disney springs or even for their happy hour. The artisan skirt steak was good though!

Had some friends visiting from out of town and was walking Disney springs area and decided to stop in for some drinks and appetizers. They had live music which was nice. Our waitress was great and friendly. I know the location is in Disney springs and I expected it to be pricey but the e food was way over priced. Ordered the empanada appetizers and it was $20 for 2 small empanadas. I couldn't believe it. The chicken quesadilla appetizer was $21 and it was the size of half of a small tortilla cut into pieces. That to me is crazy for something so basic. They do offer margarita happy hour at 9pm at the bar which was good but other than that food itself with just the appetizers alone I won't go back for.

we were visiting Disney Springs for the day while visiting Florida for a family event and it was very hot that day. This was one of the few restaurants that did not have a hefty wait time, but now I understand why. My fish tacos were OK, but they were very heavily breaded, which I thought was odd. Normally, I find that fish tacos are either not fried at all or very lightly breaded. They were also so soaked in sauce they were incredibly messy and hard to eat. The fruit salsa that was served with it was very good, but putting that on top of the soaked shells made everything even more of a mess. The flavors were there though. The main reason this place gets an extra star is because the service was that of a high-end restaurant. Our server was very thorough and attentive, even though we were ordering pretty basic meals with waters. I probably would not come back here if I were visiting again, but I did want to at least point out the excellent service.

Overall 2 stars for the underwhelming food experience and pricey meal for what we ordered. The Birria nachos were not what we were expecting as when one orders nachos and being able to scoop up bites with the chips. Although tasty we found it very awkward to eat and ending up using our forks to portion each time. The Baja fish tacos were the biggest disappointment as they were bland and we were expecting various toppings on top of each one. The corn tortilla was just warm when we received them. Service at our table was good but the price we paid for the overall experience was not. We definitely will not be back.

Terrible food, terrible service, they seated us by an eemergency exit near stairs where people were coming in and out and my friend almost fell. Bill was $77 for 2 appetizers. Returned the disgusting nachos that even came with a cold French fry. Reservation was at 8:40pm and we didn't get in until 9:08pm and didn't get our drinks until 20 mins after being reseated. Will NEVER come back.

We reserved for a 9pm seating and thought it would be a great experience. We asked for water several times. At one point, someone came to "refill" our cups with water in the middle of our meal and we STILL didnt have cups that they could fill. The waiter then left to get us water and never came back with them. We had to ask AGAIN and at one point went to the hostess to request it. We finished our meal and it was only AFTER we finished, that we received our water. When I saw we finished our meal, I mean what we were able or willing to swallow.The churrasco was chewy and was served cold. Tasted like it was boiled and then cooked on a pan. The presentation was disappointing. The rice was disgusting. I have no words on how bad it was because i cant possibly understand how a restaurant does rice wrong!!!! The birria nachos werent too bad, except everything was served cold. They couldnt even think of sticking it in the microwave lol. The cheese on the nachos was not organic cheese. Instead, it tasted like canned cheese. I was disappointed in this meal and service. Absolutely horrible!!!!
