The name bakery is misleading because this is a wonderful cafe. They have a great assortment of bakery items, empanadas, ice cream, wraps and salads. A very nice assortment of beverages besides coffee, juices, beer, wine and cocktails. The decor theme is garden but in very clean and comfortable way. I stepped to the counter and ordered a quinoa salad and I tried one of the chicken empanadas.I chose to add chicken to the quinoa salad. This was a super salad. A large very tasty salad which could make two meals for me. I liked that the salad was mixed in a bowl instead of just quinoa placed on a bed of lettuce. It had tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, quinoa, lettuce spring mix, and nuts in a house made salad dressing which had a hint of ginger. The chicken was a generous serving and I really loved this salad. I definitely would order this again.I also ordered a chicken empanada. I actually prefer the smaller ones that are not a bunch of fried dough. This one was just the right size and I enjoyed the chicken filling. They have sandwiches and wraps available in the case and ready to go. They seem to come with a sprinkling of chips. They had a chicken parmigiana which I want to try next time. They plan to offer a happy hour. Right now they are in their soft opening. The only thing I did not enjoy was that my quinoa salad came with a plastic spork. It is a personal preference and with the small quinoa and larger pieces of chicken I am not sure which utensil is appropriate.Paradise Bakery is a great addition to the neighborhood

I pass by this place during my runs and I finally stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised!! The decor is so cute! It was empty when I walked in and both women working were so nice and helpful. I think if more people knew about this place it would be packed for sure! They have an array of sandwiches and wraps. Natural juices and coffees (the coffee was one of the best I've had in Orlando this far!) There are also desserts available as well. They also have happy hour. I would have never thought that by looking at the outside. It's in the plaza with planet fitness kind of hidden on the side. I ordered the Paradise special with a large coffee which came to $8.95! $5.95 for the sandwich and $2 for the coffee. Yes please!!!!

dissapointed is an understatement. This was my favorite dominican food restaurant because it was so different from the normal restaurants and was always fresh and very quick. I had celebrated my bday there last year. After a while of not going there these last couple of months I've been ordering from them every week or so and the food always good. The last time I ordered I literally was left stunned. My yucca fries were brown ( picture below) cheese sticks were browned and my Yaroa mixta had fries that had the taste of old or burnt oil. I simply couldn't just let it go and I had gone to the restaurant. I tell the waitress what's going on and she gets me the manager. The manager comes out I show him the yucca and the other things and he asks what do I want to be done. I tell him I simply just want it to be remade. This guy who has not an ounce of customer service tells me "well if I make it again you're gonna complain that the oil is burnt and we're just gonna go to the same place again" I was just in awe and literally just told him just give me my money then. No apologies were given, no responsibility taken, and no care. Also this restaurant is no longer ran by the original dominican owners. These people are either Colombian or South American and very different from the old mgmt. do not waste your time.

This is no Paradise, unless your Paradise is being at a bar. It has a pub like feel to me, and the food is more catered to college students or those who are not health conscious. The food is Very unhealthy, you can get anything you want here, fried.Plus we waited 15 minutes to be served, and there was only three people in the restaurant, and that wait was just for the water.Dessert was good.

The bottomless Mimosa's and brunch menu are what brought my family and i in but unfortunately it was a major disappointment. The service was horrible in an EMPTY restaurant, the "bottomless" mimosas took about 15 minutes in between each empty cup to be refilled which was super annoying because it's not like the waitress was in the weeds, busy with other guests!! And the food is subpar. I had the tres golpes and would highly recommend NOT to get it. Not sure how you can mess that up but they did. 4/10 would not recommend.3 stars because the music was good and i left with a buzz.

This is almost like a small whole in the wall! I've always passed it before and never went in until Covid hit and I decided to order take out. The food is sooooooooo good!!!! I have yet to order anything from here that I didn't like. Once everything opened back up I decided to come out with friends. It had a pub like feel to it? It's spacious and I love that they play good music here. It's our little spot! Only reason it hasn't received the 5 stars is because the service isn't at 100. The girls that take care of us are sweet! In particular the Hispanic girl with long straight black hair. But on 2 occasions where it's not busy at all and we've been just sitting there waiting for drinks for a long time or the check takes forever to hit the table. Otherwise the food here doesn't disappoint. Wings with yuca fries are great! This sampler platter was soooo good and I love the mofongo con chicharrón de pollo!

We stopped here on a random whim and was pleasantly surprised. 'Just wanted a beer and some fries and they really delivered ! Negro Modelo and fries loaded with shredded chicken, tasty sauce, 3 cheeses, and pico! Amazing ! Due to being there at happy hour, two beers and the food and a 20% tip was just $20! We'll definitely be back even though this place isn't on our side of town . I can still taste the food!

Great food and service from a family owned restaurant. I just had the tripleta sandwich last night. That was the best $7 sandwich! They have Dominican style sancocho on the weekends. It seems to be very popular and sometimes they run out of sancocho early. Very friendly service also. Since they were slow when I was there, one of the ladies was more than happy to tell me everything about her home country of the Dominican Republic.
