Papasan's Vietnamese Cuisine

So happy we have an authentic Vietnamese restaurant near us. We com here often their papas wings are AMAZINGLY delicious!! I hear they also have papas shrimp, I have yet to try it but will one day . Their pho is yummy as well. I do wish they had more traditional PHO options that include tripe and cartilage and the like .. but none the less this is our spot .....

Papasan Vietnamese Cuisine - Honest ReviewAfter a long, hot day of golf in the Florida heat, we were looking forward to a refreshing and flavorful meal, but unfortunately, our experience at Papasan Vietnamese Cuisine was underwhelming.First, the positives: the staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a quiet atmosphere. The location is in a newer area near St. Cloud, which is convenient. Portions were generous, which was a plus.However, the food itself left much to be desired. We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, tom yum soup, pad Thai, and seafood pho. The spicy beef noodle soup lacked noodles and had a bland broth. The tom yum soup started off decent but became overly salty toward the bottom of the bowl. The pho was overly sweet and overloaded with MSG. Overall, the flavors were not well-balanced, and the dishes lacked the depth and seasoning we expected from Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.While the service and atmosphere were pleasant, the food quality needs improvement. With better seasoning and attention to flavor, this place has potential, but for now, it falls short of expectations.

This was our second time coming to this place. It's a 40 minute drive for us. I could not stop thinking about the sandwich after our first visit. It was just that good.... I even tried the Banh Mi sandwich from two other places, not good! Service was great, the waitress was attentive, friendly & welcoming On to the food: The egg rolls looked horrible, I believe the cook refried them! See pic , we sent them bank because the egg roll was extremely cold in the inside. If I recall correctly the egg rolls were cold inside during our first visit. The chicken sandwich was delicious, however the pork definitely tasted different. I was very disappointed. Between the short cuts & pork -- we will not make the hike to this place again.

Food was a bit lack luster compared to what I was expecting based on previous reviews. BBQ short ribs were the thinnest short ribs that I've ever seen. It was overcooked and a bit tough to chew. Chicken fried rice was more on the salty side. The Tofu curry barely had any sauce and I even ordered the "extra" sauce option. Also ordered the beef pho and the broth was oily and only had a light beef taste. Definitely didn't seem like the broth was stewing for a long time. Wish it could've been better especially since I went out of the way to try this place out...

Surprisingly very authentic tasting pho!!! I yelped this place as I'm not from the area. Service was friendly and plenty of parking. Prices were a bit steep I thought for the area that it was in.

Once again it was amazing. Great service and food was very tasty and a great lunch stop. I ordered the Traditional Banh Mi which consisted of the pork and Veggies. Paired that with my Taro Milk Tea which is always a must. Environment is always so relaxing and it's usually not as crowded , but I know they have a lot of online orders so that already speaks for itself. Look forward to coming back soon!

I've never seen wontons look like this - soggy and dripping with oil. We ordered via DoorDash . The meals we ordered were pretty good - curry chicken and chicken egg noodle strirfry - but extremely stumped with those wontons for $7.95 that taste like a mushy pile of grease.

Service was the best thing there. Food was so bland and did not give me the Vietnamese flavors I was craving for. Pho and bun bo hue were so watered down I didn't taste the complex broth flavors I expected from these dishes. I will not be going back

AMAZING!!! Upon opening week we thought this place to be a one and done with bland flavors, however talk about a complete 180 degree turnaround. From the appetizer Roll sampler perfectly made and bursting with flavors complemented by the peanut sauce to the entrees everything was delicious. The first left much to be desired but that was opening day. This visit surely proved to be far better. The pho was robust with flavor and made just right. Next the beef egg noodles dish made me want to try more and never stop. One must try Papasan's if they desire a authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

The absolute best Pho in St. Cloud. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Margie and Luis always take care of me and my family. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
