Papa Johns Pizza

I have had a couple of confusing experiences regarding zones for deliveries. I used to receive deliveries from Simpson road in Kissimmee and one day an associate answering the phone said, we don't deliver in your area so no more orders. I started placing orders at the Southchase location then today 2/18/24 the associate lady that answered the phone said that they would deliver for 5 dollar, then came back and said "we don't deliver in your area but I had already paid my order including the 5 dollars which I couldn't get refunded. I consulted with Seth, one of your regional managers and he confirmed that deliveries were made in my are in Wyndham Lakes. I am disappointed at this situations and wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same.

I feel like when you pay additional for "extra cheese" there should be some discernible difference in the amount of cheese on the pizza, and certainly enough to cover the whole pie. Is this an unspoken con in the pizza world? Just put the same amount on every pie and pocket the money?

Normal Papa Johns pizza... got large 6-meat toppings for their online sale price $13 for carry out... beat Flippers and NYPD Pizza sale prices.The issue I had was circling the parking lot to find a space. When I went inside to pay for the pizza, I asked, "Where do people typically park to pick up their carryout?" The cashier replied, "Parking is a problem... they didn't think it through here. Customers normally park directly out front."When I asked "In the fire zone?", he said, "Yes." SMH.As for the pizza, I found the crust is a bit too doughy for me.

I took to go service from this location about 2 years ago when down in Orlando. I was swinging by Real Radio to watch the Hideout broadcast live and figured I would pick up some pizza to bring to the station with me. I called them ahead of time and they said it would be 20 minutes. When I showed up 25 minutes later I saw them preparing it and just putting it in the oven then.I don't know if they just plain forgot or what but that really annoyed me. I know for sure it was my order because how many people do you think get one with no sauce just cheese?? It was just horrible and the people were incredibly rude to me when I questioned them about my order and pick up time.

We've had these nice folks deliver dinner last time we visited Orlando. This time was just as good as the last. The food arrived hot and on time. It's a winner.

I don't normally do Papa John's, but this particular one is top notch. Visited on 9/28/22, while hurricane Ian was heading straight for Orlando. They kept it open as long as they could, serving as many people as possible. The weather was awful, and only getting worse. 10/10 recommend the staff that was on duty, get some raises. Risked themselves, because they knew people needed them.

4 dollar delivery charge on $10 item, ridiculous Scam America everyone is robbing us it's a joke

If I could give them 0 stars I would, ordered a pizza to be delivered, mind you my house is only 8 mins from the store. Waited 2hrs never received my pizza and when I check on the app it says it was delivered. Never ordering from them again

Usually the staff is outstanding but unfortunately I interacted with someone over the phone named Ashley who was quick to say goodbye and hang up once she heard I wanted to cancel my order. Not knowing I was canceling it over the phone to proceed and do a larger order on such phone call... I myself have worked in food and retail before and understand how frustrating things may be when it's a long day at work but the customer service I received was disgusting and now I have to proceed with taking my business elsewhere.
