I miss seeing Papa John, I like his story and miss his commercials, but I also like seeing Shaq has part ownership he is also a great person.I usually go to the Providence Blvd location in Deltona for my Papa John pizza it is the closest to my residence. I order online and my pizza is always ready when I get there.One thing I noticed that the pizzas at Papa Johns has been the same recipe over the last 40+- years. So far I haven't had a bad pizza.Will return.

We looked up the specials and decided to get the Family Deal (large specialty and a large 2 topping)Went to order and immediately were told that is on line ordering you can't get it. I showed them the specials on my cell which doesn't say on line only. Manager was asked about it and with out even looking said rudely on line order only. I was going to walk out but being hungry ordered 1 pizza.....Your loss we won't be back!Employees walking around hats to the side etc Very unprofessional!

This place has went downhill big time. We ordered veggie pizzas and they have very little veggies on them at all. Ordered one with extra mushrooms and there wasn't even one mushroom on each slice of pizza. The pizzas were over 15 dollars each! Talked to the assistant manager named Logan twice. First time he couldn't find our name, order or delivery address. We called back and he magically found our information. We have bought pizza from this same store for over ten years! He never offered any compensation or coupons for such shoddy service and product at all. That is the last time we will order pizza from Papa Johns on Providence Blvd. In Deltona Florida.. Place is great, food is awesome, and even though the employee "PAAAAUUUUUULLL!!!!!" took about 15 minutes to get my order right, I gotta say, that dude was pretty chill and unlike most, UNLIKE MOST, of you scumbags I am sicking of seeing your shitty reviews. You work there and try taking your own order and put up with yourself.I was at Pizza Hut for a long time and the extra cost for delivery, these people do not get. So quit complaining about....You know who you are :) Anyways, food is great, dessert is great, guy over the phone was great, (annoying, but great!) driver was great.

I have been a Papa John's fan for many years. Today, I decided to use our Papa Rewards to get a "free" pizza. I ordered the pizza. I asked for 1/2 the pizza to have 2 extra toppings (olives and banana peppers) for my husband. The pizza was delivered FAST. I walked into the kitchen, opened the box and the olives and banana peppers were all over. There was only one slice that didn't have either of those toppings.I called the store and stated "I just received a pizza order and the toppings are not accurate ". The lady put me on hold and a lady named Tori picked up the line. I told her that the toppings were not accurate that the 2 toppings were on most slices. Her first sentence to me was "I made the pizza and it was exactly as you ordered it". I was taken aback but said that the toppings were not only on one half. She stated to me "when the pizza left the store, it was done right". As if maybe the delivery driver opened my box and moved toppings around? REALLY? I told her that I needed someone to make another one and pick up this one. She laughed. So, told her I would bring the pizza back to the store. She laughed and said "whatever".I got in my car, took the pizza up there and when she came over, I showed her the pizza. She just looked at me, went over to the shelf and pulled another pizza off the rack and said "I just made THIS. Does this look correct??"I said yes, but I was very upset at her lack of customer service skills by telling me SHE made it right and then laughing at my complaint. She then said to me "well I thought you were being rude to me, all over a stupid $3.50 pizza". She refunded my money and I asked for the Manager's name and phone number. She gave it to me and then proceeded to say "and don't worry, I will tell him how rude and disrespectful you were. He will hear the whole story".I reached out to the GM and left a message. He called me back and was VERY nice. I told him that I had never had a bad experience with this store before and just wanted him to know. He was very gracious and wanted to thank me for my feedback, because some people may just not come back after they are upset, instead of giving them information to make things better.I appreciated that.My rating: if Tori is there and having a bad day (for whatever reason) my rating is ONE STAR.All other times, my rating is 4.5 STARS.

I had to wait for a few days to write my review to get things settled with Papa John management and refund from this specific establishment.First of all, I have been ordering my Pizza take out (walk in) from this place for years, ever since it opened in the early 90s. I have never had an issue with the Pizza or Staff. I usually order a Hawaiian or Pepperoni/Sausage Pizza for lunch on Monday/Friday. Also, I have been familiar and ordering from the GM Mike for the past 3 years. From previous experience, I would give a rating of 4/5 stars.However, this all came to a crashing this past Monday, ordering with a different Manager. I am not going to say her name but we will call her "T". Initially, ordering was very normal and she was very kind. The pizza deal (2 mediums @$6.99 each) that I usually order no longer is available and she help me with pick a pizza deal that would be satisfy me. Usually, the pizza would be available to me after 10 to 15 minutes. But this time I waited longer. Lots of pizza was being put on the stand by the counter for pick up by the drivers. After 20 or 25 minutes, she asked if I got my pizza order yet, and I said no. She goes to the counter and reviewed the pizza's on the counter. The pizza that I order was sitting there for 10 minutes. I was little shock but calm. I complained that specific pizza was there for 10 minutes. I was expecting for her to give me the option of redoing the pizza so I can have fresher pizza or give a refund. Instead, the answer I got was "It's still warm..It's still warm because of the hot lights". I was shock that T said that being a manager. If I wanted a pizza just sitting there, I could of ordered from Caesars. I have to admit I was upset and angry with her response and there were words exchanged. When I demanded for my refund, she refused and told me to wait for the GM to come in to get my refund. I couldn't really understand why I had to wait for the GM to give my refund since she was the manager and threatened to call the cops on me if I don't leave the store. It seems that she took this incident more personal and held my refund as hostage until the GM Mike is back. I contacted the Director Cory who manages the many Papa John stores in this area and he help cool down the situation commented to me that "It's only Pizza". His talk really helped and made smooth things down. He states come back to the store the next day and the GM Mike will give me my refund. I came back next day, and my luck, GM Mike was not there. However, T was. I asked for Mike but she said that he won't be back until Friday. Both of us didn't make any commotion but focusing on giving me my refund. T handled the refund, but with my greater luck, I paid with a credit card. So the refund came in the form of void of the transaction/receipt. I didn't want to ask for more questions with T because she I know that it will lead for more arguments. Instead, I waited til Friday and speak with Mike on how the refund process works. This confirmed me that she could of provided my refund the prior day. Friday came along, I came back to the store. Mike explained to me the refund process (specifically for credit cards). GM Mike was professional and I had a sense that he already heard of what happened. A shout out to Cory and Mike on making a bad experience better.This was my go to neighborhood pizza place. I like to give places another chance, but now, unsure how I feel about this place after this. It'll be a while until I try this place again. For my rating,,,, If T is working, I would give this place a 1 star rating. If T is not working, a 4 star. So I split my rating in half for the primary rating to 2.5 stars.

I can only say frustration. I tried ordering on line and that didn't work. Taking about a half hour than finally giving up and calling in. The young man on the phone was very pleasant hence the 2 stars. The pizza arrived supposing to be no contact and yet the delivery man knocked on the door and stood waiting for a tip which btw I had added when I paid for the pizza. But still he waited for his tip. Which my husband gave him. Not happy about that. Now I ordered the xl Shaq a roni pizza which came as actually just a large and guess what?! It was burnt and so greasy you could ring it out. My opinion is I hope you have a better experience. But who knows me I won't be eating here again.
