THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST!! it smells burnt - they NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT- ever!! Tuna always sloppy, and on paper not on bread. sandwich's are always missing toppings or are wrong - for example Basil instead of Arugula - or it comes with tomatoes and lettuce but they have none! today I only ordered a toasted bagel - no condiments ( because I brought my own ) and they just threw a raw bagel in a bag after I waited 20 minutes!! this location is a HUGE disaster ! for those that rely on a quick meal because they work on Park Ave - you are better off ordering a pizza or eating at ANY OF THE RESTAURANTS ON THE AVE ! skip Panera!!

Ugh Panera is always in my mind just an "okay" place to eat and this location is a hit or a miss in my opinion. I received moldy fruit once (how? Why?) and have been incredibly reluctant to return here. Anyway, feel free to gamble with the quality. I do enjoy the Mediterranean veggie sandwich though and my online order pick up is always timely, it's been ready and waiting in advance of the time but maybe I've been lucky. I haven't had much interaction with the service beyond the order pick up.

Panera Bread in Winter Park, FL is one of the best Panera's I've been to, and I've gone to quite a few. It's very spacious inside and plenty of seating inside and outside if that's what you prefer. There are two ordering kiosks, but this visit only one was operational, the normal ordering counter, and the pick-up counter. Right away you notice how clean the establishment is, and throughout the time I was here they came through and spot vacuumed several times, wiped down tables and even pulled the tables out from the booths to clean underneath, that was first for me to see at any Panera or even many restaurants. While I was there they kept checking the coffee and made sure that there was fresh coffee at all times. This time around all I had was coffee and a cinnamon roll, but both were very good.

This Panera Bread is located on trendy Park Avenue in Winter Park and offers plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. My main go to at Panera are their bagels and cream cheese and I must give a huge compliment on their vegetable cream cheese. My preferred bagel is their everything bagel.This is not a bad place to sit back and enjoy a coffee and bagel and do a bit of people watching.

Food is decent but VERY expensive. Service is practically nothing... you have to go get the food yourself. These young folks working here have no idea about customer service. So expensive

We found shards of glass in our food! Some were larger while others were quite small, so wouldn't be surprised if accidentally ate as it was wrapped up in the sandwich wrapper. Luckily, were okay but It could of been worse.Definitely ruined me ever going to another Panera Bread again in the future
