Panera Bread

The food and service are so hit and miss at this location it's frustrating. My soup was hot but my grilled cheese was cold ...Womp not happy

Stopped by after a lot of walking and running on fumes. Started off with the charged up lemonade, which, while tasty, leaves my throat scratchy, so I swapped over to the ginger ale. Ordered the Margherita pizza, which has sliced tomato covered in melted mozzarella cheese and a pizza sauce. ($11). It was a large, thin, crusted pizza that was tasty. My order was put together quickly, and my stomach is full and happy. Good service.

Ridiculous price for a burnt avocado sandwich! Clearly no concern for quality. Never again

(12/19/2023) Came in for a very late lunch (it was after 4 pm after a long visit at the hospital across the street. It was pretty empty, looked almost like they were getting ready to close up, but there were 2 cashiers waiting attentively, and they actually close at 8 pm. This location is directly across the street and super convenient if you have to be at the hospital, but don't want hospital food (as cheap as it is). I tried one of the Toasted Baguette sandwiches, the Green Goddess Caprese with grilled chicken, and it was really good. The bread was crusty and toasted and piping hot and had a fluffy interior. It wasn't quite as full as the pictures (it never is), but there was some winter hothouse tomatoes, some decently thick slices of fresh mozzarella. Not sure about the Green Goddess dressing, looked a lot like a schmear of pesto to me. Overall, quick service, fresh food, only dectractor was the pretty steep price, over $15 for this one sandwich. If you find yourself that way with some deep pockets and need some decent baked goods, you could do worse.

This was probably my first time at Panwar in some 11 years, and I'd consider it a good visit. We'd ordered a flatbread pizza and cream of chicken with wild rice soup in a bread bowl, and all of it made for a good, filling meal. I especially enjoyed their bottomless drinks.. would definitely visit again.

I got the Mediterranean sandwich. It is so so. The menu is not well labeled for vegan options; I had to look up the options online. The staff is friendly. They had a conference room my group was meeting in. It is neat that a meeting room is available.

My wife and I had gift cards for Panera bread and this was only around the corner. She had a bacon chicken sandwich and I had such a Chipotle steak sandwich. She liked her sandwich but mine was way overly sweet from the onion jam. They should use white onions and or not cook the sweet onions into a jam. I would never buy the sandwich again with onions on it. Parking is a little difficult, because it is a parking lot to get into. The atmosphere inside is not very friendly. Some of the other Panera I run into were much more friendly. Service was okay it didn't take too long.

Cold bread served with barely warm soup. Soup is squirted from a bladder into a bin and heated. Sounds delicious right?

I placed my order via mobile app at 12:45 pm ,but it takes over 20 mins to pick it up. after I got back to my place I noticed that they just gave me one of them and I have to pick up one more time. That's disgusting and ridiculous. I won't order more from this shit.

I'm a nurse and I get 30 minutes for lunch. I walked from hospital to pick up my order...."you're good to go" so I walked back to hospital with food. I opened the bag to realize that they forgot to put 2 soups in the bag. I walked all the way back to Panera and got the soups. No offer of anything to make up for the fact that now 20 minutes of my lunch is gone. Panera, don't seal the bag until you are SURE everything is there. I don't have time for it. I would have talked to the manager but I didn't have time. I tried to call and speak with manager a few minutes ago but guess what.....no answer. I had ordered food for another friend at work too. So disappointing. It's the little things.....but no one really cares.
