Just stopped in for a quick treat because I'm an adult and I can can eat sweets when I want lol. I went through drive through and was in and out in just a few minutes as the line wasn't long at all. I ordered the Lemon drop cookie as it's my favorite cookie here. It's got that lemon flavor without being overpowering, and most important the cookie is a delicious soft cookie with powder sugar on top. It's the bees knees.

What in the heckin heck did they do to the croissants?? They are disgusting. They look like a curled up bun-don't even resemble a croissant. I wish Panera would stop trying to go cheap on the quality when your prices are obnoxious. The bagels are different now too-very dense with a lack of flavor. Sorry to see this happen, but we will definitely visit a lot less frequently. Buyer beware.

Panera thinks too highly of itself. Their service does not live up to the prices they charge. We placed our orders online. Got a text saying it was ready, and it wasn't on the shelf. My wife went to find someone, and all she found was a worker standing by the counter busy on her phone. I'll keep this short. I don't like the pizza. I've tried it twice. The sauce isn't pizza sauce. It's the stuff they use in Chef Boyardee ravioli. The cheese is barely melted, and the pizza overall is just warm. If you like all that, then you'll be good to go.On the positive side, I love the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl. It tastes amazing, but $%&@! it's expensive. $12 is way too much for what it is. You can do better at a real Japanese restaurant.I can't justify eating here unless I'm getting a significant discount.

I haven't been to this location in a few years and decided to come here on a Friday night. It was not busy at all and orders were taken immediately. The cashiers/customer service reps were very cordial and processed our orders. While while for our food at the counter we were told that they were out of bread bowls but that they would give us extra bread. My husband and I ordered the you pick 2 deals...I had the chicken sandwich and citrus chicken salad while he had the Caesar salad and broccoli cheddar soup...both of us ordered drinks as well. Food tasted and establishment was clean as well.

Ordered from the Warm Bowls the Mediterranean Bowl with chicken. There was NOTHING warm about this bowl. The cilantro rice which is the warm component of the dish was almost frozen. It was very cold and dry and had no taste. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Drive through was very slow and backed up.

The literal worst Panera experience I have ever had. I am sick & was craving some Panera soup, I order a bread bowl soup. After getting my order I pull down the street and realize there is no bread bowl or baguette in the bag, just a cup of soup. I go back and ask for the bread bowl they missed & and extra baguette and 2 cookies (one should have been free with the app). At the window they tell me there are no bread bowls, but that they charged me for both bread bowls and both cookies.....and then asked if I wanted a refund back as a gift card because they don't know how to charge back to the credit card....I will now be driving however far I have to go to avoid this Panera.

I was so grateful that this location had a drive thru as it makes my life so much easier with a little one. However, I had the worst experience I've ever had at any Panera.I ordered two meals for myself and a friend- the green goddess salad and a you pick two with the same salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. So almost completely vegetables minus the chicken on the salad.After paying and waiting for 2-3 minutes, I was told to move up to the stop sign and they would bring out my food. So I waited... and waited... and waited. Seeing two cars come and leave with their food before me I was getting antsy.. again my meals were salads and veggies. Once the third car pulled up to the window I decided to call the restaurant but got no answer so once that car also got it's food I drove around to the window again.Here I got a look like ummm why are you here? And said hi I've now been waiting for my salads for over ten minutes... I tried to be as polite as I could at this point as I didn't know what actually happened but figured they forgot about the meal. A manager came up to the window and again I explained the situation to her and when she responded she was busy looking around at other things and talking so quietly and again not in my direction that I had to ask her to repeat herself and asked if she could just please explain why it took so long for me to get my meals. Her response then was "oh we have it ready now would you like it?" There was no apology until I again asked what happened and where the lack of communication took place... then I was just told they were under staffed. Which I totally understand and respect these workers for doing what they do... I just wanted to let them know they had forgotten me and was hoping for some sort of explanation or apology.I was frustrated to say the least and unhappy with the customer service I received that day. I hope everyone else has a better experience here.

Even when they happen to get your order right, it's somehow still wrong. I usually love Panera, but this specific location is not worth your time. I have given it multiple tries, but am disappointed each attempt. Almost every visit, I am not given what I ordered: from not holding or adding specific things, to receiving something completely different entirely, they find a way to disappoint. The times that I DID receive what I ordered, the food did not seem fresh and my most recent order (which prompted me to finally give up on this location and write a review) had bugs in the salad. If you do decide to stop here, don't expect much.

Service was absolutely awful. Went through the drive thru and ordered a bagel ,croissant, green tea and a milk. They threw the food in the bag, and it was all crumbled and came apart. They didn't put the tea in yet still charged.The milk didn't even have the straw on it. No napkins either. Went there the day before and the area just looks like a rat nest. Yesterday we ordered a toasted croissant and it was hard and burnt. Staff were rude as well. TLDR, check your bag.
