Panera Bread

KUDOS and thanks to Alyse and Omar for providing supreme quality customer service! The chicken noodle soup and yogurt were delicious! The ambiance was quiet ! Thank God for Panera Bread. I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business!

It doesn't matter which Panera Bread we go to, the orders include almost the same thing every time. A strawberry smoothie.My youngest loves the strawberry smoothie from Panera Bread. I really like using the kiosks inside for when I order because it remembers my favorites list. Every Panera looks similar, not a ton of frills. The drink stations are nice because you can refill your drink before leaving. The open kitchen is nice because you can talk to a person in the event you have a question or issue.My food might not always be the best, but as long as the Strawberry Smoothie continues to be made the exact same way at every location, I will continue to give 5 stars because you made my kids day.

This is a nice place to start the day. Have to stop by here and get the Chipotle Bacon Flatbread Pizza in the morning before going to work. The hostess is so sweet and friendly. She greets me by my name.

This location needs work. Every time we have stopped in there has been an issue. Today, there were hardly any bagels. The manager put two everything bagels in the basket while we were ordering. We asked for one and one cinnamon raisin, sliced and toasted. We looked at the host cutting the bagels and she had sliced them in two different areas with a very thin top. We asked to just give us the whole bagel and we would handle it ourselves. We got home and the bagels were rock hard. Just horrible quality. What a waste of money. Panera has changed a lot from when it first oriented.

Wow - this drive through is not the normal super tight type - lots of space which is great for people with large Suvs. Lady who took my order was so friendly and professional - I could hear and understand her clearly ( imagine that lol). My food came out fast and lady who handed it to me was very nice also. The soufflés are only available in the morning so get there early! They only make a limited amount so they are always fresh. Yummy!

Went to get a baja chicken bowl for around 12 dollars. Paid and asked for the receipt when i saw that they charged me $25.00 dollars!!! The guy added maccaroni and cheese and some other stuff! I asked them why he did that when i only ordered the baja chicken bowl, their response I dont know. Called the Manager and they refunded the money. Zero apologies!! Never again as they have made so many mistakes prior to this time. Enough!

Higher prices and smaller portions. Was just served a cup sized portion of Turkey Chili for $10! Your prices just went up much higher than inflation. Not a good strategy Panera!

Sylvana at this location is the best! Very upbeat and excellent at speeding through the line of Guests without making people feel rushed. This is probably the best experience I've had at a Panera. Thanks, Sylvana!

This place is a disaster and probably a health hazard. We waited in a long line (15 minutes) to place our order, and the poor cashier was pretty much on her own. The manger was too busy trying to help the kitchen. Somehow, the girl got our order wrong even though she read it back correctly. We didn't notice it until we looked at our receipt. The kitchen messed up our order. The sandwiches were cold. The only decent thing was the Southwest Salad. Here are the troubling things I saw:- The manager came over to help the cashier and used the register with gloves on. He walked back to the kitchen without changing his gloves and washing his hands.- I ordered a hot tea. The cashier handed me the cup with her fingers inside the cup. (I asked for another one.)- There was a vacuum cleaner with a long extension cord wrapping through the dining room. No problem - except there was no one using the vacuum.- A pile of food was swept up in view by the prep area. No one bothered to take the thirty seconds to actually throw the pile of food in the garbage.- The manager looked like he was just about 21, and he was not able to handle his staff.I will also be writing to corporate. This was unacceptable. This location has historically had horrible service, but it was convenient. I can confidently say I will never eat at this Panera location again.

The biggest factor to me, was the air. It smelled so heavy of cigarette smoke-which I know hasn't been allowed in restaurants for years. That said, don't look up at the air vents! Yuck. Black soot on the ceiling tiles. I had wanted to try this location, bc I had a nice visit at Clermont location a few weeks ago. I will not be back to this one however. The food is pricey and I just wasn't inspired to return again. I do enjoy another diner in downtown Windermere much better, and they have a very clean, nice restaurant that encourages one to return!
