Had a parent group meeting here. They have a medium size back room space for meets like these, not exactly sure how many people fit but it was about 20 or so of us in there. Thought that was pretty neat and convenient. Since most people know how the food taste here I won't go into it however will say first time I encounter a Panera that is out of certain breads their sandwiches come with - ciabatta and panini - strikes me as a bit odd for such a busy location. They recently closed a location near me to so left me wondering what's going on with the chain.

This Panera is one of my favorite study spots because it has comfy booths, the music isn't too distracting, & there's a lot of space to have your own little area. They get busy around lunch time, but even then I'm able to concentrate or have a chat without fighting to tune out the noise.While some of their baked goods are a bit pricier compared to a few other local bakeries, most are worth the price! I will never stop recommending the asiago or cinnamon crunch bagel, bbq chicken duo with tomato soup (only on the app), chocolate croissant, or the passion papaya iced green tea (the best one). I also love that they have add ins (e.g. classic syrup, almond milk, 2% milk, etc.) set up so you can customize everything to your liking. They get bonus points for having a microwave to reheat your food or a snack you bring if you're here for a while.My only complaint is the tables usually need a quick wipe down before you can set up. I typically ask for someone to assist or get a napkin with sanitizer & do it myself if they're very busy. The team has a great attitude & always apologies for the delayed cleaning which I appreciate. The older African-American lady is the sweetest soul & will always make her rounds to tidy up between crowds or just say hello. Overall, a good place to relax with a book, study, or meet up with friends with a treat or drink!

This Panera Bread location is in a small shopping plaza in Altamonte Springs. The quick service restaurant features a bakery and a clean, quiet dining room. The ambiance is -friendly, but I think the environment is more geared towards people who are looking to take advantage of the free WiFi connection and the library-quiet noise level. It's a great place to work remotely, study, or read a novel. All I heard while I was there was the faint hum of the appliances as the employees put orders together, the clicking of keys as laptops were typed on, and the tink of silverware against plates. The smell of the bakery was strong when I entered, like freshly baked bread.However, I will add that I was not impressed with the serving sizes. I thought that they were ridiculously small, especially because of the not-so-cheap menu prices. I ordered half of a Greek Salad and half of the Frontega Chicken Sandwich, which was sold as a combo, but didn't make it much cheaper. It was delicious and made correctly, but I was surprised at the tiny amount of salad that they gave me.The menu is vegetarian friendly. Some of the options include the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread, Caprese Sandwich, Greek Salad, Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, and much more. Overall, I recommend Panera Bread for those who are looking to grab a coffee and a pastry while working on a quiet activity.

Reviewing here the online ordering and pick up at curbside. I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich online and really enjoyed the ability to tailor my sandwich since variety and options were given. Once I submitted the order, the pick up was approximately in 15 minutes. After I parked in the reserve spots for Curbside pickup, I called the number given in my order confirmation and on the sign posted at the curb to alert a Panera employee that I was waiting for my order. Within a minute or two, the masked employee (Covid-19 era) delivered my sandwich to my vehicle. The sandwich was exactly as I ordered with all the modifications. And it was very tasty. Since Panera moved to a "cleaner ingredients" menu, I've been impressed with their offerings and would recommend a sandwich if you need to order a quick lunch.

This is probably the most randomly situated Panera I've ever been to but the coffee and food met my expectations. Honestly, this place certainly doesn't have the same curbside appeal of a newer location but once your inside it's not so bad. They still have good coffee, WiFi, and fresh food. I won't go back but don't let the outside appearance deter you if you need your Panera fix.

This locations bagels were rock hard, stale and over salted. Then when you talk to Panera customer support about it they blame Uber and tell you to talk to Uber. It is a Panera Bread quality issue, not the delivery service issue.

the menu changes baffle me. There is no justifiable reason to explain why they took away chocolate at the espresso machine. completely shocked. I'd now rather go to McDonalds, and they are objectively terrible.The decaf espresso shots are gone, and across the menu, so many terrible choices that i just don't want or like. "But we had to save on food costs!"yea, well you can justify anything if you phrase it right. Doesn't make it a product i want.

The cashier Sheryl did an absolutely incredible job. She made me feel so valued and cared for in just a brief interaction. She said my name when she thanked me, wishing me a wonderful day - overall had such a genuine interaction. As far as teamwork goes, I heard her jump into action on the line saying "what can I do to help". I hope her management sees this. I cannot even express how much I appreciated her drive. All of the employees really seemed to be in action and dealing with the rush and doing everything they could to help get the customers their food. Food came out hot and tasty. No complaints!!
