Sometimes when you go to a restaurant, it's not always about the food, service, or the ambiance. It's about the experience. As I walked into Panera, I was immediately greeted by Vicky at the register. Beautiful smile and a heart of gold. She gave me some time to look over the menu, and I decided to order the sausage, egg and cheese croissant with an iced Madagascar vanilla latte. "Excellent choice!" She exclaimed. She asked how my day was and after our conversation, she handed me my coffee and added, "Well, I hope you have a wonderful day!"As I ate my breakfast and sipped on my coffee, I observed how she interacted with every single customer after me. She treated everyone with the utmost care just like she did with me. And everyone left the restaurant with a big smile on their face. Vicky is a true example of what kindness can look like. I LOVE that they've moved the non-breakfast signs above the registers (instead of only having the breakfast and bakery items - and you having to lean to see the Pick-Up 2 options).I ordered some food to-go for my parents and grandma. The order was correct (even though one of the apples was rotten on the bottom).The store was clean. The team members were kind and patient.It's good to see new faces working with team members who have been there for years. Another good experience at this location.

Ordered one sandwich, a cookie and a cold brew for rapid-pick up, it was being placed out as soon as I arrived so yay for hot sandwich still!The melted white cheddar and steak sandwich was so yummy with the slight tartness from the pickled red onions and a little kick of heat from the horseradish. It is good to know at the time of writing this review this location is only offering baguettes for a side - I usually like to go for the apple if I'm getting a sandwich and I'm sure I'm not the only one!I highly recommend trying the Madagascar Vanilla Almond milk Cold Brew, wow! Perfect balance of coffee, sweet, creamy and that slight almond-nutty taste from the milk, yum! Paired so well with the chocolate chip cookie and you cannot beat the price!

This particular Panera Bread sits about a block off of Semoran Boulevard (SR 436). It's in a shopping plaza, so parking is not an issue. I have often relied on Panera Bread to bring bagels and cream cheese to morning meetings. Since I was in this area on a Saturday morning, I decided to grab a quick breakfast here of my go-to of a bagel and cream cheese.No real issues and whole their bagels will never compare to the great bagels I grew up with in New Jersey, I have to remember that I am not in New Jersey, so I have to take what the market offers. Hey, at least I am not shoveling snow anymore.All in all, I will give this particular Panera Bread location four stars overall.

The food and service was good. The price however I didn't like. I will no longer come back. The pick two was what I ordered and the Mac and cheese was 5.40. Look at the picture to see the portion

I really do enjoy this place. It's very close to my one job, and it's the healthiest takeout food I can find. I don't eat most fast food, and so I like coming here because I can taste that the ingredients are more wholesome and fresh than other takeout joints. I usually get the roasted turkey avocado BLT or the bacon turkey bravo, both of which are delicious. I replace the side of bread with an apple and voila!...a delicious, nutritious meal. Although that Kitchen Sink cookie does call out to me sometimes...the sweet, salty goodness is definitely a pastry that I desire. I only get it once in a blue moon though because it is high in calories (and humongous). I finally got the Panera Rewards card because I go here way too often not to, and it's already scored me a free dessert. The place may be a bit on the pricier side compared to regular take-out, but the quality of the meals are better too.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch or to grab a breakfast sandwich or to just chill with friends at times. This particular location at West Town Parkway is on my way to work and I come here often, especially in the mornings. The staff here is really friendly and ready to greet with a smile. I have never had any bad experience here. My favorite is the tomato soup, black bean soup, Mediterranean veggie sandwich and frozen caramel.

I came here to just pick up some food and Vicky took my order in the front and she made the experience she was so kind and friendly and full of spirit! Vicky is the best!

We went to the Altamonte store next to Walmart. I ordered a half Fuji Apple salad as I wasn't that hungry. When I picked up my order, I questioned the girl and then asked for the manager. There were hardly any greens in the bowl. The bowl was barely half full. This is their smaller bowl meant for this size, not the big one. The manager said the scoop was correct. She offered to remake the salad but said it would look the same. I've ordered this 1/2 salad many times before and never had an issue. Could they not spare the greens? This was almost 7:00 in the evening. Perhaps they were running out? I certainly hope they weren't saving them for the next day.I was very disappointed in the quantity of food for $8.19. The manager didn't care. Said "have a good day" after not doing anything for me (a rewards customer). !!!

I came in the evening of Sept 29. Not only was the AC broken but, the soup was cold, bread was hard as a rock, salad was gross, wilted & missing half the ingredients. we went to return the salad and my sandwich after one bit of each. I struggled to even be able to BITE into the sandwich, while the contents inside were fleeting. when we went back to get a refund we only got a refund for the salad. we threw out the sandwich (& the salad) after we showed them the full sandwich with only one single bite taken out of it. They had asked if we wanted to remake on the sandwich and honestly everything about it was not it so we just wanted to refund from the sandwich i found not to standards? Nicole, what looked to be (untrained) manager, had rudely told us know she won't be doing refunding the sandwich and then gave us two cookies as a replacement for the sandwich that was supposed to be my meal???Why would I be forced to pay for a product I didn't want nor liked? And why were there not more steps being taken in customer satisfaction?
