DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!! You are better off picking up a frozen entree at Publix!!! 1) kids 'Honey Chicken'. Nothing more than Fried Chkn Nuggets (Hard. Obviously from frozen. NO FLAVOR. 'Honey sauce' in a separate container, so ended up being more like a Dip, the chicken is not 'marinated' in Honey sauce like it should be!!! 2) The Brown Rice was HARD, cold, Not Fully Cooked!! It was difficult to chew!! NO FLAVOR- NO SEASONING!!3) Broccoli was cold and unseasoned. 4) kids lo mein with chicken. The noodles were overcooked. Tasted like leftovers. It would have tasted better if I had cooks it from frozen myself!!!

I really wish this was a real PF Chang's, because I love the dining ambience of the restaurants. But I will say I was served exactly the same food I would have had in the restaurant. It took me about 20 minutes to get it home, and it was still nice and hot. The mixed-temperature items like the lettuce wraps were served in divided containers that kept one side hot and the other side cool. Lettuce wraps and Northern-style ribs were perfect, and like a server had just brought them to the table. Mongolian chicken was a bit more pedestrian, but still good.I ordered in person (not online) for an early Saturday lunch, and the food was ready in less than ten minutes. If you really want to eat here, there are two small "booths" along one wall.

I don't know how they get their ratings so low but I always have good experience here. Yes, you can have a long wait but I recommend you to call ahead or order online. It can be pricey but I can normally separate it to 2-3 meals. My favorite is fried rice with beef. It has wok smokey flavor that not everyone can do.

So... I called in an order for Mongolian beef + beef and broccoli. I was stunned to find that the order was ready for pick up when I arrived about 15 minutes later! It was so tasty and the serving size was large enough that I had a nice lunch the next day. The menu has a nice variety, especially considering this is meant to be a takeout option only. My interaction was so brief that I can't say much about the staff, but they seemed polite and professional I have to say that the food looks pretty much like it does in the menu photos... It taste so as good as it looks!

The food was horrible . I ordered the Mongolian beef and it tasted like the sugar goddess spread her wings on the beef. SUPER SWEET AND THE BEEF WAS HARD (over cooked). The Fried rice tasted like uncle Ben's - tasteless. PF Chang has fallen so far off it's hard to believe that they are still open. In a professional kitchen the motto is, taste twice before serving it once. They have lost my business forever!!!!!

The last time we ordered from this PF Chang's To Go takeaway, they lost our order and didn't deliver. We'd ordered in for ourselves and some friends who'd come over. Eventually, we had to drive over with our receipt. When they "found" the order 2-hours after the delivery time and WE drove it back home. That was 4 months ago. Gracefully and graciously, the manager "comped" that $95 meal, so we weren't too upset. So, we thought we'd give them another "try" tonight. Ordered online for a 6PM delivery and paid ($65+) for a meal for 2. We ordered the ribs, the chicken lettuce wraps, and 2 "bowls" - we'd been told they were much better value from a friend. 6:30PM comes and goes with no doorbell - so we gave them a call. The guy was helpful and said it was "out for delivery". Waited another 20 minutes and still no delivery. Just on the off-chance, we thought we'd check on the doorstep to make sure it wasn't there.... It was! Of course it was, and it was cool. Half a star deducted. So we brought it in and figured we would nuke it in the microwave to heat it up and enjoy.Opened the ribs first. The salad that came with this was pretty sorry to look at, but the ribs (after heating) were delicious. Then opened the chicken wraps. C'mon guys.... You provided the heart of a romaine lettuce (see photo). You couldn't wrap a chopstick in leaves that small!!! The chicken tasted good, but we couldn't wrap it because they provided such impossibly small parts of a lettuce. We ended just eating the chicken filling for the wraps with a fork. You also failed to supply the usual crispy (white) noodles in with the wraps - I guess post-pandemic cost cutting, but then, they were provided only 4 months ago . Another half star deducted. Then the "mains". The bowls are meant to be better value for money and we were told we're big enough to be satisfying. 1st the Sesame chicken bowl..... 2 ounces of thin, tiny pieces of tasteless chicken covered in a sesame "mush" coating, sitting atop of a mountain of rice clumped and stuck together, with 2 florets of brocolli. 1 star deducted.Kung Pao Chicken bowl - Ugh. Again, less than 3 ounces of chicken sat on top of a mountain of rice, with grated carrot on top and a couple of other veggies (small). Whatever coating was on the chicken, it was spicy, sticky and gooey - but really not very appetizing. Another star deductedI feel cheated and wish I'd spent $20-30 at a fast food restaurant. I'm now "officially" a net detractor for this place, and will tell my neighbors and friends in the area to avoid it at all costs. You got 2 attempts and failed both times.
