P.F. Chang's

3rd time I've ordered and they're way off the mark. I love P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps, however, I've never gotten the beautiful nest of crispy white noodles from this take out PFC.. This time I ordered BELIEVING that the comment section on their website would be looked at (why have comments if you CANNOT see them??????). I ordered extra of the crispy white noodles. When I picked up the bag it was sealed shut so I couldn't inspect its contents prior to leaving. When I got home and opened the bag there were ZERO CRISPY noodles. I promptly called them and the girl who answered the phone told me they dont receive the comments from online orders, and that customers complain about getting the crispy noodles, so they don't include them (WHAAATTT???). I told her that there looked like some sort of noodles, but they were NOT crispy and were NOT white and were NOT like on the website and whati ALWAYS GE get at the sit down P.F. Chang restaurants. She then said that is the way they make them there. I had high hopes for this establishment, but so far they continually disappoint. Also, the meal was WAY over salted/soy sauce. I didn't get the impression that my complaint was going any further than her, so I'm letting y'all know my experience. Beware - they are NOT adhering to the regular PFC lettuce wrap recipe.

Disappointed. Flavor is not the same as the restaurant dine in. Quality is poor and the steak is dry and overcooked. I recommend that the chefs train at the main restaurant and serve the same quality. Also disappointed that they don't have shrimp. They added the salt to the edamame and by the time I got home, it was all melted.

I had a problem 2 weeks ago at this location, ordered takeout and they gave me the wrong order. I could not drive back in that day but they promised to comp me next time I was in to make up for it. I came back in today and Regina assisted me. After confirming my information, date and time of the original order, she and the manager made it right and I got my delicious Mongolian Chicken! Thank you PF Chang's To Go for owning the error and delivering on your promise!

Great food. I go almost every weekend. Chinese food is exactly like the main restaurants. I wish they had dumplings.Other than that great service!

This restaurant only does take out and delivery, so there is very limited seating available (2 small tables outside). There is also a parking garage and some additional parallel parking available a short 1 minute walk away, so no difficulties there.I got the Stir fried eggplant ($14) and the Mongolian tofu ($15) which were both tasty but a tad too salty for me. The tofu also had a softer, chewier texture, almost like mochi, which was different from what I expected, but I didn't mind it. The entrees come with a choice of white, brown, or fried rice, and they definitely give plenty of rice. I was trying to pay for my order with a gift card, but for some reason it was not being accepted, so the staff were considerate and even gave me a discount on my order because of the trouble. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes and was still warm by the time I got home and dug in. I'm dismayed to see so many negative reviews. This place deserves better!

Stayed at the near by hotel and put in an order for pickup. We got the kids meal just wanted to check the portion size and sesame chicken bowl with lo neon. Everything was good and well prepared. It's a chill spot didn't get a chance to sit and eat.

Service: Above and beyond. Super nice waitress, very sincerely considerate. None of that fake stuff some people do. I could distingush no specific vegetable by taste, texture nor appearance.We ordered two Ginger chicken entrees. It came with an extra Beef something entree that might have been a mix up.1. Rice, low quality grain cooked too long with too much water. We normally eat with chop sticks, but this stuff wasn't going to hold together enough unless you ate it grain by grain. There was No Flavor to the grain. It literally tasted like water. I've had lots of grains and varieties of rices--they've never tasted like water before.2. Chicken, there was an oil based glaze. Nice flavor. Faint ginger hints. No ginger. Chicken itself was dry. Imma stop there. The bag was nicely packed. Plenty of side items included.We really just needed some quick dinner so my husband could take his new medicine. It would have been nice to have a place to eat in. Maybe I could have asked the waiter or chef about the food and ended up with something I liked and this review would have had a much happier ending.

I am a LONG TIME PF Chang's customer. Tonight I ordered 2 entrees and 2 appetizers, with delivery it was over $120!My egg rolls were cold. My sesame chicken had no flavor and was swimming in sauce. The meal was so disgusting we actually threw it out. I'm so disappointed in what PF Chang's has become.

WORST FOOD EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!The worst food I've ever eaten! The beef in the beef and broccoli was so hard like it was deep fried before stir frying. Seems like all the meat was super old and then deep fried for reuse. Everything was so salty and disgusting that after the first bite, goes straight into the trash! It's not my usual area so I'm not going to waste my time driving 25 minutes to get a refund. And let's be honest, what's the point of calling the restaurant to let them know?! They don't give a rats ass about it! Read the reviews before order!!!!

They need to shut down this location. fourth time I order in in the course of different years and it stills disappoint. Service great but food is horrible. Not even near to the quality that P.F. Chang's is known for. Third time is the charm and won't order ever again .
