Incredible food and a wonderful staff. One of the best bars around! I love it so much.

Service was great. Thank you, Angel.I tried the Bloomin' Chicken sandwich. The cook was good and the crispy crust was delicious. The chicken breast seemed oddly small and out of proportion to expectations.

We are a BIG meat eating family and decided to give outback a try. All 3 of us had steak - different types and cooked at different doneness- and all 3 were perfect. Cesar salad is good, i had sweet baked potato which I loved, our daughter had French fries (yum!) and THE BEST part for our daughter is the "Chocolate Thunder from Down Under". She's pretty obsessed with it and asks to go to Outback for it. We'll oblige, we live the steak and great service! Oh! And don't forget the $7 cocktails- spicy and classic margaritas were good- and the options for wines by the glass is pretty good too.The restaurant overall is ample, has both booths and tables, the bar area is nice tooI haven't been there for happy hour but seems pretty good price-wise and they have many apps options

Outback Steakhouse is a long-standing, moderate priced steakhouse that embraces a pseudo-Australian mindset and theme. I say pseudo-Australian because the chain started in March of 1988 with its first location in Tampa, Florida. I am assuming that with the phenomenal success of the movie "Crocodile Dundee," which came out in 1986 and peaked America's interest in Australia, the owners of that first location decided that an Australian-themed restaurant would be perfect. In case you are too young too really remember "Crocodile Dundee," the movie was the second highest grossing film in 1986 and inspired two sequels.Anyway, Outback Steakhouse built itself into a global empire and I believe that they did eventually open locations in Australia.I have not been to Outback in quite awhile, but tonight it was the choice for dinner. Let me state that it was not my idea, but I was game.I went with the filet mignon and since I am trying to drop a few pounds after a very indulgent holiday season, I opted to bypass a potato and instead went with their chili and their broccoli for my sides. I did get it to-go and for the most part there was no issues in getting the food as a to-go order. The filet mignon did not come across as a very good grade of beef. Maybe it was USDA Choice, but both mine and my dining companion said that the meat was "nervy" and I will.also say that I wish that it had a bit of a crust on the surface of the steak. We both also asked for our steaks to be medium rare and both were cooked rare and it barely got to the rare stage. The broccoli was steamed and nothing bad and the chili was okay. While Outback Steakhouse is definitely a moderate priced steakhouse, these dishes were about thirty dollars each and my total bill was sixty-three dollars and change before a tip. I would hope that the food could have been better prepared than what they offered in both the quality of the meat and the skill in their cooking the food definitely could have been better.I was between giving them either two or three stars and I will grade up to three stars.

Outback did a great job accommodating our group of 14 celebrating several college graduations. They seem well equipped to handle big groups by pushing a bunch of tables together to fit everyone. Our server was awesome and some how kept track of everything and everyone. We started things off with several orders of cheese fries, a bloomin onion or two and some fried shrooms. I stayed away from all this fried goodness but the others did a good job wiping those out. I just sipped on my cab but would have preferred a beer. I was tempted by the Foster's oil can but was concerned it was too much. Not seeing any IPAs, I selected a red wine instead which went well with my steak. The entrees were across the board for us. My Dad got shrimp on the barbie which he enjoyed but commented that he would have liked them served in the stick. My wife got the sirloin and shrimp combo with steamed veggies. Looks like they had extras as she got a plateful of them. I got the 12oz ribeye as did my brother in law. I paired mine with asparagus for a slight upcharge. My cut was pretty fatty and not the best. The asparagus was over cooked and a little blackened. Despite being disappointed with my meal, the overall experience for us was great.

We eat out a few nights of the week and because one of us likes red meat and the other likes seafood Outback is a decent fit. It was a Tuesday night, dinner time, not super busy. The cleanliness of the restrooms was subpar and the trash underneath our table was not a great start. My grilled salmon was okay and the potatoes were a little bland, my partner order meatloaf and while he was happy with his French onion soup, barely touched his salad, that's a him thing not a them, his meatloaf was so over seasoned that he couldn't eat it. It took our server so long to make it back to the table that I had finished my salmon, so waiting for something else to be cooked was not an option unless we wanted to sit at the dirty table for another 30/40 minutes. The manager offered an alternative and took the one bite eaten meatloaf off our bill but all in all not a great experience.

The service is always perfect , no matter which location we visit . We were super excited to see one open in Oviedo on Lockwood Blvd . We have been multiple times but ..... Them not offering Pittsburgh Charr on their steaks has made us go back to Waterford . My husband thought I was always crazy til we went back to Waterford this evening and he definitely tasted the difference .

Wonderful lunch today. Our server Emily was great. Checked on us often to ensure we had everything we needed and if everything was ok. When we ordered a bloomin onion she advised us it was free all weekend. My husband enjoyed is steak. Very tender and cooked to order. I had the French onion soup and it was very flavorful.

Have not been here in years and decided to go for lunch. Ordered a prime rib sandwich. The meat on the sandwich looked like it came off a Swans truck and microwaved. It was gray like the photo. The aujus was cold. Just was not worth the price.Below is what I had on the left and on the right was what I expected. When one thinks of prime rib they think of imperfect slices of red meat not some processed gray meat.

Horrible. Had to walk around to get a refill and condiments. My child's chicken was cold so she didn't eat. My steak was over seasoned so I didn't eat. Waited 20 minutes while neither of us ate before anyone came by to give me the bill. Left $60 worth of food on the table. No apologies. Pretty bad. Now we're driving somewhere else for dinner.
