Taste: 5/5Value: 4/5Ambiance: 5/5We hadn't been to Outback Steakhouse in years and we were very impressed by this recent visit. We came on a Friday night around 7PM and were seated immediately. Drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts were all delicious and the presentation was impressive. Many of the menu items have adorable names that go with the Australian theme that I enjoyed reading (e.g. The Wallaby Darned, Pina Koala). Good portion sizes and flavors.Look out for deals to get an affordable meal, when we went they had 3-course meal for $16.99. They also have $7 cocktails and a cute $10 margarita (Boomarita) flight option.

Having worked in the service industry for some time I really appreciate what it means to provide great service. That being said, our server Riley was EXTREMELY kind to my grandmother and I for my birthday. He brought the staff to sing me a happy birthday song and a cake which made me feel really special- but he was also attentive & efficient. The service truly made the impression and I hope he is blessed with either a raise or bonus soon because you just don't find authentic service like this often. Go visit him!

Outback standards have gone downhill. We came to this location for lunch and had the ceasar salad as our side with the meatloaf and the bloomin fried chicken for the lunch specials. I took a photo of what the food is supposed to look like. This is just plain disgusting what was served. We spoke with the team member in charge at the time, and he went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you, Christian. Outback corporate - this is not acceptable and is a reason the brand is going downhill.

I've had it. Medeocre service. Over cooked meat and over priced in general. And this doesn't come from one restaurant. It comes from six different restaurants infour different states. I see now why they are closing. It's a shame, you used to get your moneies worth but ni more.

Let me begin by stating that our server did a very good job. We do not dine at Outback often so this was a treat. We ordered a blooming onion which arrived quickly and was very tasty. For our main dish my wife and I split a 12oz sirloin medium with baked potato and broccoli. When the steak arrived we cut it in half and found the steak to be cooked beyond what I would consider medium well. Our server had us place it on a separate dish and took it back to get a new one. We continued to eat the potato and broccoli. Half was through my side of the potato I found a black pebble to be in my bite. Initially I thought it may have been a tooth filling but after visiting the restroom, I confirmed it was not. The steak arrived and was delivered to our table by a manager. I took this opportunity to show him the finding in my potato and explain what had happened. The manager did not appear to believe that the black hard small pebble was found in the potato but took it back to the kitchen. I ate half the steak, but my wife was not hungry any longer as we had been there for 2 hours so we boxed our remaining food. When we went to pay, 2 steak dinners were on the bill, but one had been discounted. Our blooming onion (which we did not have an issue with) was also discounted. Our server informed us the manager had removed the blooming onion from our bill. Although I was grateful for the reduced price I would have thought the plate which there were multiple issue with would have been removed from the bill in lieu of the cheapest item. Furthermore we only ordered one steak so it appeared as though they charged us for 2 so they could discount it to say they did something there (which was not the case). We left rather confused and disappointed in the compensation. We wrote an email questioning the double billing for the steak with no response currently.

My friends and I decided to dine at outback since none of us have ever tried it. It was one of their birthdays and we were here to have a mini celebration. It was quite empty when we came since it was Tuesday. We were seated quickly as we walked in but the service was slow and the server informed us there was a shortage on many items. We were not able to order the cocktails we wanted but ended up ordering the castaway cocktail which was delicious. We waited quite a bit for food and didn't get our bread until later on. (I do recommend ordering chocolate sauce with your bread. The bread is not great but the chocolate sauce makes up for it.) For the price of the ribeye and shrimp it was not worth it. The cut of our steak was mostly all fat and there was not a lot of shrimp. My friend was served a little birthday sundae before the bill was served. The waiter gave us a candle and sang happy birthday. I am hoping I get a better experience than my first when I come back.

Order outback for take out and wow it was amazing. My meal was delicious as if I was eating in the restaurant. Everything tasted freshly cooked and well seasoned. I ordered the Bloomin' Fried Shrimp as an appetizer and was honestly scared they would not taste good for take out. Once we tried them we could not stop eating them, they were great. As soon as I showed up to pick up my order, they were very vigilant and instantly came out to my car with my food. Can't wait to actually dine in at this restaurant soon.

Celebrated my birthday here and had a great time. My server Eli was fantastic and made it very special with lots of laughs. One of my favorite places in town. I always love some blooming onion and their fun drinks. The piña Koloa was very cute.

My sister and I had dinner at the Waterford ( Lakeunderhill ) location.The restaurant was clean, and the service was ok. However, when our soup arrived, it was cold. They took it back, but by the time it came back to the table, our blooming onion had arrived. It was a greasy mess,not edible. Our burgers had no flavor.I can't say that I would ever eat here again. I was looking forward to the meal,it was very disappointing.
