We went recently for after Christmas amd service and food we fantastic,I ordered steak and shrimp and my shrimp were cooked perfectly with the side salad and bread you can't go wrong! We even had my disabled father in law and was very accommodating with wheelchair to get a table! We also ordered their special Mile high chocolate cake with raspberry sauce it was so ruch and decadent! My son got the macaroni and cheese he lived it we had a great experience! We will definitely be back!

We went in to this place with really high hopes and unfortunately, it didn't really meet our expectations. Our server was great and she did a really good job. However, they were out of prime rib and then had no draft beer, which was really two of the main things we were looking forward to for dinner. Definitely need some work to do here to catch up to other places.

This is probably the worst dining experience we have had. I will say our waitress was 5 stars but the cooks were definitely the issue. I ordered my child a steak med well and she was given a rare steak. The manager came out and apologized and offered to replace it but we asked for it to be taken off the bill instead. My husband and I both ordered medium steaks and we're served well done steaks. We didn't even bother asking for them to be fixed. We just didn't eat it. My other daughter had a rotten baked potato. She said as soon as her plate was im front of her it smelt weird. And lastly another child received inedible chicken tenders. I will say based on this experience we will never be back to outback.

So happy we decided to eat here after a long day at the parks! We ordered two bloke sizes blonde ales to start off with. For food, we shared the 8oz sirloin (medium) with the lobster mac n cheese and fried brussel sprouts. My favorite thing on the plate were the brussel sprouts. It's tossed in like a honey-balsamic vinaigrette, with hot pepper oil. It was the perfect amount of spice, but I could have gotten spicer! And their signature bread is always a win. The meat cut was cooked to perfection, almost medium-rare which is even better than a medium. Shoutout to our server, Sierra! She was so welcoming from the beginning and even with a full house, she always checked up on us and made sure we were always taken care of. Outback is so lucky to have her.

I've been to lots of Outback Steakhouse restaurants. There were things I liked and didn't like about this one. I do have a qualm: they never brought us any bread to start. We ordered French onion soup and mac and cheese bites to start. The soup stayed hot the entire time I ate it, despite the air conditioning blasting (this was to my liking because I prefer food that's meant to be served hot to stay hot while I eat it). I would've preferred a caramelized crust on the cheese, but it was still good. The Mac and cheese bites were perfect (crispy and gooey with good cheesy flavor). They were served with a ranch sauce that rivals chick fil a (if you know you know). For dinner I had lobster tails served with rice pilaf and broccoli. The lobster was cooked well, the rice was flavorful, and the broccoli fell apart when I ate it. To drink I ordered an Aussie rum punch and I didn't love it. It took me the whole meal to drink it. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the overall ambiance of the place was tourist/family friendly.

Our recent visit to Outback Steakhouse left much to be desired, to say the least. Despite arriving promptly at 7 PM, our meal didn't grace our table until a frustratingly tardy 9 PM. The wait was excruciating, only to be met with disappointment upon tasting the overdone steaks.It was evident from the get-go that the establishment was understaffed, with harried servers doing their best to keep up. Sadly, their efforts fell short as multiple families who arrived before us were still waiting alongside us.While the staff offered polite apologies when confronted about missing items, the promised items still took an eternity to arrive, leaving us with a sour taste in our mouths--not just from the food, but from the overall experience.In conclusion, our outing to Outback Steakhouse was marred by lengthy delays, subpar service, and undercooked steaks. It's evident that the restaurant is in need of serious improvement in both staffing levels and quality control.

Exceptional service by Edwin and his team.Food very very good. Wife 1/2 slab ribs. She thought flavor was perfect and fell off the bone tender. Daughter and I each had 6 oz filet. Hers with butter sauce. Mine was a bit dry, but dipped in rib sauce , so good. Son had chicken tenders . His favorite of course. We will return on next Orlando trip

Food was horrible, they were out of what I wanted????? Steak and Shrimp and pasta but isn't it a steak house? Had one drink and waiter never came back!!!! Glad this isn't my local outback. We come down 4 times a year and definitely will not be back here.

We walked into the restaurant with the smell of sawdust. They were doing renovations, despite being open for 30 minutes our waitress sat us at the smallest table even though we were a party of four closest to the works, in an empty restaurant. We left without ordering.
