We went on Sunday afternoon around 3:30p.m. our food was ok. To be honest quite small portions for the price and quality is just ok. Our server was more concerned with telling jokes and being funny rather than quick. Service was a bit slow for it having 5 tables on the restaurant. Restaurant looked fine. Clean.

Clermont Red Lobster. Upon entering, not acknowledge at all. Only 1 couple waiting. No hello, or welcome. No smiles, Really!I ordered the Lobster Feast, wit 2 lobsters. Also Snow Crab legs. Sitting at the bar with dirty glasses on the bar, that were never removed. I ordered the Lobster Feast, with 2 tails. Combined they couldn't have been over maybe 5oz. Really. The lobsters, one was over cooked, the other wasn't cooked fully. Spoke to manager. She said sorry. Didn't offer a new dinner. Mind you. I only took to small bites to taste. She turned her back on me, went to the register, then walked away. Will not ever go back. Don't let their commercial fool you. The meal isn't even close to what it looks like on tv. Actually the one they show on tv is about 21/2 times the size of what you get , for 2 lobsters. My biggest regret is , I didn't take pictures.....

I think our server was flustered a little with 9 of us coming in. But I think she handled us pretty well and was very polite. Our food didn't take long to come out and was very delicious and made to our liking. The spicy mango-rita had a flavor of dragon fruit water I could not taste the mango or alcohol. Spice was only from biting the pepper. If you like sugar water then this is the drink for you. Other then that I would recommend.

We had the most amazing experience the best house Isabella and the server. Josh was probably the best server I've had in my entire life.The mac & cheese is off the chain! Steak perfectly cooked mashed potatoes on point and the bread changed my life!

Ran out of baked potatoes. Asked if I wanted a substitute. Gave me one instead of two that I ordered. Chicken sandwich toppings were wrong. At least the lady at curbside was kind and polite.

I think that was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a restaurant, for good reason. We were sat within a minute of coming in, and our server, Zach (might be Zack, not sure of the spelling) was already getting our drinks ordered. He was constantly checking on us throughout the meal, while also getting refills for drinks and the bread without asking. Gotta also give the kitchen staff props. Our food was out within 10 minutes of ordering with 0 errors. If you're coming for a great meal and great service, Outback is a great choice.

Food was fine, standard for an Outback but the service and management team couldn't be any less interested in running an actual restaurant. We were a party of 6 and anything more than a 4 top seems to be their struggle. We did call ahead seating and when we got there they told us a 15 minute wait. (We were 10 minutes early) . It was busy but nothing out of the ordinary they were quoting everyone 15-20 minutes no matter the party size. We watched 12-15 parties of 2-4 get seated while we waited 35+ minutes to be seated. No apology, manager couldn't have cared less. Called our names to be seated and showed us a dirty table with the bus tray still on the floor. He looked at the table like he'd never been in a restaurant before. Buser finally came over and finished up the table but left the seats dirty. Manager stood their watching and couldn't have cared less. Server came over after a while and we gave him our entire order. Drinks and apps came but after 12 -15 minutes of no server we had to go back to the host stand (with apathetic manager) to ask for silverware plates and napkins. Steaks came but were missing several sides. Had to ask three times for them as well as ketchup and drink refills. No apologies from the server just seemed annoyed when we did ask him repeatedly for stuff up front during our initial order. We watched the two top next to us get sat at a dirty table and as we were leaving it seemed like the server in our section was replaced by someone else. We're not expecting fine dining standards when you choose a chain restaurant but I'd like to use a fork, knife and napkins.
