Orlando City Deli

Glorious, all around. I literally felt like I was back on the ave in the Bronx.Normally I wouldn't do a review on a bacon egg and cheese, but everyone who came down south and trying to get that old thing back from the neighborhood - this is the answer.BONUS was the chopped cheese, bacon egg and cheese chopped cheese was insanity. I have never been so ready to go to work but go to sleep at the same time. Great flavor, quick, and easy on the go. Take napkins.Only issue at all is you can only enter parking on one side and its limited, so get there early!

So happy this spot has the Chop Cheese. This wasn't a thing when I was growing up in NY back in the day, so this was my first opportunity to have it and it's delicious. The owner showed pure NY love and attentive service. There's only a couple of high top tables to sit and eat, so it's mainly a "to go" type place but I was lucky enough to be able to grab one as I didn't go during a lunch rush. I will say though, I wish the sandwich was a tad bit bigger BUT that may just be my inner fatty wanting more of that delicious Chop Cheese.

Perfect Breakfast-Lunch Spot. Hidden Gem for sure. Loved the Chopped Cheese! Service is quick and kind. They help you pick as a first time customer, they have a NY flair with puerto rico in the mix. Super kind and family owned. Ambiance is perfect to go have a nice lunch date and right near downtown too! 10//10 would recommend!

DELICIOUS does not do this shop justice. What they lack in parking they make up for in flavor! I've visited several times and am always pleased. The service is excellent. Be prepared to get it to go but it all travels well. Definitely worth a trip!

My favorite place to get a bacon, egg and cheese! Clean pickup spot with great service. I'm not sure if it's the owner that is usually there but whoever works the morning during the week is really nice and friendly. Quick service too. The bonus is I stopped eating pork and they have turkey bacon. The sandwiches are great and reminds me of home. I miss the corner stores in NYC. I need to go get lunch from there one day. The options look good.

Today we had a craving for some chopped cheese and this Deli has the best we have found in Orlando. The staff are always the most friendly. Always smiling & have an awesome attitude. parking is brutal but once u make it in your golden.

Wow this place brought me back to the Bronx! Great food and prices, the service was impeccable. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend supporting this local business. I ordered the American omelet plate that came with fries and my wife had the chopped cheese. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh and everything is cooked to order. They have a mayo/ketchup sauce they make in house that's just so delicious.The place is small with 2 high tops so it's not a place to sit and eat. It's mainly a to go spot. There happened to have a table open so we ate there.

I've heard a lot of good things about this place, so we decided to stop in for lunch recently. The people working (the owners I believe) were super nice and happy to answer any questions. We decided to share a steak and cheese and fries. We were told to have a seat and pay after we finished enjoying our meal. It's smaller inside, but they have a couple of tables so we grabbed one. After a short wait, our food was ready. I tried a couple of fries first. I'm picky about fries and found these to be yummy. They had a good crisp and I liked the sauce they gave along with ketchup for dipping. Next, I started on my half of the sandwich. This was one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches I've ever had! Meat was tender and seasoned well, everything was chopped perfectly together so the melty cheese was all throughout in every bite. The bread held up nicely without getting soggy and had a good flavor. After we finished our halves, we seriously debated ordering another to go since we liked it so much, but weren't going straight home so grabbed a tasty cookies and cream shake on the way out. Prices here are very reasonable as well. Overall, this is a great local spot and I'll definitely be returning. Great quality food and nice people!

Wow, what a treat. The chopped cheese is off the chain. Best sandwich and little deli for miles! Eat here soon before they go big time and need to move. You won't be disappointed.
