Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Service was great with a large group. Food was delicious and hot upon arrival. Great time celebrating birthdays and delicious desert!!

What I'm really here to do is review the dessert. Introducing the new chocolate lasagna. Aka black tie cheesecakes brother. Bruh! I was taken out in 2 bites. It was a 1, 2 punch for me. Really rich! I'll need some strawberries or vanilla ice cream. ..I took it back to the hotel with me. #afternoondelight. that's what that means, right?

The atmosphere was great. Letitia was our server. She was very kind. We waited and waited for our server in a great mood. She apologized for the wait and said we would have 120% of her attention after she delivered the next meals. That was never true. We arrived at 2:30 and departed after 5pm. We waited more than it took to have conversation and eat our food. Our food was delicious. The kitchen and service was phenomenally slow. I asked for some olive oil which never came until I reminded her again. Oops I forgot sorry was the response. Finally after finding a game charge of $2.99 on our bill I said to Letitia this an erroneous charge. She said you shouldn't have played. We hadn't played. It required us to divulge email etc, which we didn't want to do. After Letitia left us to go fix the error she never came back. I had enough and asked for a manager. She arrived and apologized and placated me. By this time the great mood we walked in with was gone. I will never go to the Olive Garden on Narcoossee again!

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in literally a decade. First impressions were positive, the place was really nice, a smart layout, fancy looking wine case wall thingy, and overall looking clean. The service staff from the front to the waiters were great friendly and patient.The food was what I remember, the appetizers was flavorful and the sauces of marinara or Alfredo matched nicely. The soups were too salty for me but overall consistent from what I remember back in the day. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was too salty and had a heavy amount of oil. Didn't stop me from eating the it (minus the end of oil). The lasagna cake is decedent and there is no way to eat it by yourself. If it were cut into 3-4 smaller pieces it would be good for 3-4 people due to the richness. Overall I think it's okay, but once a decade seems like the right amount of timing to come back.

I've been to this Olive Garden location three times now. On our latest visit, we noticed that the service was a tad slower than usual, but it didn't take away from the experience because the food made up for it. It came out hot, fresh, and super tasty. My husband went for the chicken and shrimp carbonara, while I had the grilled chicken margherita, both of which were delicious. The place itself has a really welcoming vibe, and there's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. It's a great spot for anyone - families, friends, or even a date night. You can't go wrong here!

Was so impressed on how quickly we were seated and that I was able to get the gluten free Rotini on any dish I wanted. Aldi to top it off they cooked the pasta perfectly!!! I really enjoyed everything we ate !!! Our server was great as well. Can't wait to come back here.

Always such a good experience - great food, good prices, right here in our own neighborhood and allwith friendly service. This is the nicest (albeit the newest) Olive Garden I've ever been to and it's always so clean / well kept.I am older than 21 years of age and I was not able to drink without my ID, even though I had a photo of it, and no manager or anything came over to apologize or anything they just flat out said oh well... so, as much as I understand, I am 30 yrs old and I had to sit at the bar drinking water.... that's seriously annoying. So FYI!

There were 5 of us on lunch break, they told us it was a 20min wait so we decided to leave but the manager said he could seat us within a few min which was really nice! Several of us got the $8.99 Unlimited Soup & Salad. Food was yummy. Our server disappeared after the food got out and we asked another server for things we still needed. Overall, okay service, likely to come back in the future

Honestly not impressed. Our server was nice, but left us with our food for over an hour without checking on us and the restaurant looked great but the food was mediocre, lukewarm and didn't really taste like anything. My husband ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it tasted like noodles and cream, no cheese taste at all. I got the tour of Italy and the plate was hot but the food was cold. The chicken parm was warm, but even the parts without marinara sauce weren't crispy. Next time I want pasta I'm just going to stay home and make it myself so it's properly seasoned and hot.

Food is under portioned. I was there in 2022 and there was way more fettuccine and less sauce. Feels like they put a bunch of sauce and chicken to mask the fact there was barely any noodles. Burnt fried lasagna as well. Nice server though.
