Huge portions, great price and authentic Cuban cuisine! You can dine in or do the food by the pound to go.The chicken is always so flavorful. Their black beans are made perfectly. But the real MVP is their palomilla steak! It's a thin skirt steak with onions and so perfectly made. I always have leftovers and they are just as good the next day!Save room for dessert their flan and tres leches are worth it too!

It's a spacious location. Parking was easy. I was seated right away. Waitress was very polite and attentive. I was seated on a the booth. You can eat in or order to go from the food bar ready to go. The sangria was good. I ordered the Churrasco, medium. The food came out pretty fast and cooked as ordered. The portion was generous, enough to have left overs for dinner. It was after my food came out that I noticed they have a fly issue on the booths closer to the restrooms. I hope that's addressed soon. The food is good but be sure to ask for a table and not a booth to avoid that issue. The food gets 4 stars. The overall experience (with flies) is 3.

Old school strip mall Cafe. Chairs a bit uncomfortable but I have a tender butt. Lol. The servers that greated me seemed to have only a working English vocabulary but were friendly and took my order with a smile. I ordered the broiled steak and shrimp with black beans n rice with a side of sweet plantains. This place was recommended by the hotel receptionist. They have seating outside as well. It has a comfortable neighborhood takeout kinda vibe with Cuban music playing. I very much enjoyed the food. The steak was a little over cooked but flavorful. Recommend ordering down. That is, if you like medium rare, order rare. :) overall I enjoyed myself.

We veered here to get a quick bite of food. Signs for special of the day and food advertised prices seemed reasonable. There's a cafeteria style of pre-made food in the front of the restaurant. I think they knew we weren't into actually dining in and the one server seemed busy so she offered for us to take it in to go containers and pick a table on the other end of the restaurant where their cafe was, if we wanted. I would think it's for only the pre-made food from the front though. I chose the arroz con gandules, ropa vieja, and yuca on the side. The portions are enough for two people. I shared it with my son and still came out full and had left over ropa vieja and yuca thats how much they serve. I felt the food could have used a tad less salt but this is me and my preference. The rice was good but it did feel heavy. I will say the Yuca and mojo they topped on it was yummy. When it comes to latin food though I am a big stickler. It's the food I grew up on and being Cuban myself my expectations are probably to high so unfortunately I will have to say the food just didn't make the cut for me, it was just an a ok type pass.

I had hopes that I finally found an authentic cuban cafe in Orlando but was sadly disappointed!I ordered a classic Cuban sandwich and it was mediocre. The bread was a little stale and lacked a good ratio of pickles/mustard/meat. The coffee was okay- again for a cuban restaurant you expect them to have the best cafe con leche but that was not the case here.
