Metro west needed this place! They are bringing the flavors of Japan to Orlando and they have something for literally any palate. I picked up an order to go because they were getting ready to close. The restaurant is conveniently located in a shopping plaza right off of kirkman, next to Walmart. It's very cute and quaint perfect for a date night or casual dinner. I ordered the vegetable tempura, Shoyu vegetable ramen and the classic Tonkotsu ramen. Everything was packaged nicely and stayed warm until I got home. The flavors of everything my husband and I tried were so good it felt like a hug. I definitely want to return here and have a full dinner experience. Thankful to have this local ramen spot.

We arrived on a Saturday around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The location is definitely located right near Pine Hills and in front of the Walmart there. There is plenty of parking and when we arrived, it was fairly quiet. The location had an odd fish smell which we assumed must be from prep they were doing for dinner. My husband opted for the steak fried rice. It was a huge serving. We ended up taking half of it home but we loved how much steak there actually is in the fried rice. We also love that the fried rice included corn carrots, things that we typically don't see in fried rice. The flavor was on point. I opted for the chicken Ramen. Chicken was very tender, although it did lack a little seasoning. The broth of the Ramen was beautiful, very light. The noodles were cooked well and loved the bamboo shoots and the edamame that was added in it. Again, another huge serving size , so I'm glad I took my appetite. I also tried the peach green tea and it was good. I wish some of the peaches that were cut up and put into it were a little bit riper.

The Metro West area in Orlando doesn't have the most authentic eats but this place helps with the craving for ramen.Sapporo izakaya & ramen is tucked away in this strip mall and don't judge a book by its cover because the area is not that fancy, but inside had cool japanese decor and ample seating. The ramen was satisfactory and good portions. The karage or what they call "popcorn chicken" was mid and didn't have much flavor, but it came with sweet thai chili sauce at least. Garlic edamame was tasty, hard to mess that up. Both the curry ramen and their tokyo tonkotsu shoyu was decent, but missing a flavor component like more broth or salt. The pork katsu was nice and crunchy and a good protein. We were the only customers when we walked in and was sat down by the owners child which we found funny. Again, not bad for quick ramen, but I don't see myself driving out of the way for.

Checked out Sapporo for lunch this week with my coworker because I've been craving ramen so bad. Upon coming in we were greeted and sat fairly quickly. They have booth style seating which I loved! There's also some bar seating arrangements. I decided to order the spicy Kyushu tonkotsu and my coworker picked out a bento box from their lunch special. The ramens broth has a decent flavor but the egg was over cooked compared to other ramen eggs I've had. Overall, it was just okay. I've heard great things about Sapporo so maybe I was just expecting too much. I think I would return because menu prices were great but maybe I'll try something else next time. Their service is outstanding which stood out a lot and we loved our teas!

My friends and I came to try this place after seeing it on TikTok. The interior was very nice and clean, and we were seated immediately. Our servers of the night were friendly and answered our questions of the menu the best they could. I enjoyed the food that I ordered, but a few of my friends did not enjoy their ramen. Overall, I liked the experience but that opinion was not shared by everyone at my table.

Interior design was great, customer service was great, and the dumplings and potatoes we got were good, but honestly the ramen broth was not traditionally what I expect when getting Tonkotsu broth. It tasted very herbal and not very rich, but other than that it was a great experience! May be different for the other ramen options

I went on a Sunday night and was seated immediately near the bar. I thought about doing the boba tea or sake for my drink, but settled for the Ramune melon soft drink since it was reasonably priced for 3.50. My server helped me open the drink and it had a good melon flavor, but it was artificially flavored and had high fructose corn syrup. I did the Tonkotsu Shio ramen for my soup. It came at a reasonable time and had a nice whiff of the pork flavor when it arrived. However, the broth could have been more flavorful, even with the black garlic that I ordered. However, the toppings were good, especially the bamboo shoots, seaweed, and corn. The egg was really good as well, and the pork was acceptable. The fish cake (kamaboko) was a nice addition as well. The noodles felt like instant noodles. Just the right amount of potions, but I didn't finish the broth since it was lacking flavor. However, I was given a complimentary chicken gyoza from what looked to be a chef or owner. There was a nice amount of flavorful minced chicken inside the fried pastry. It was a nice appetizer overall. The service was good, but my female server could have been a bit more cheerful. She wasn't rude, but she seemed a bit irritated with some questions I had. She was mostly friendly though and thanked me for coming afterwards. The chef/owner was more cheerful. The atmosphere was small and casual. It first looked like a counter service restaurant with a small amount of tables, but I was happy to see this too have full table service. I believe the bar area was where the chef made the soups. The music seemed to be boring Japanese pop music, and it was playing quietly such that the TV and video game was more audible. It's more of a neighborhood restaurant atmosphere. While I find this restaurant not as amazing as Domu or Jinya, it is still a good ramen shop in the Metrowest area. It is close to the Walmart complex, so it can be a good place to enjoy boba tea as well after shopping. While this would not be my first choice for ramen, I will still visit when I want some ramen soup while being close to my parents house.

I wasn't a huge fan of the food it was all pretty salty. I had a taste of my friends ramen and I wasn't a fan of the broth at all. The waiter was super nice and helpful the food came out really fast too. They had dragon ball figures and a cool ramen robot in the front.
