A great fish market with a wide variety to chose from and it's all so fresh.. The lines of people should be an indication of what they are selling. Many of the butchers don't speak English, but they will get you someone who does, if you have any questions. They even have live crab. They pack your fish with ice in the bag to keep it fresh. We live in Dr Phillips but love to get their fresh not frozen fish.I highly recommend Ocean Fish Market.

It's okay. Just okay. The fish are fresh but not the best prices in town. I came real late this evening and they still served me. That's why they are getting a 3/5. I will come again and try other fish , they might be cheaper.

I live in the neighborhood and I love fresh fish. The guys work really hard to get you what you want and perpair it the way you want it.. Now when you go to pay you get the worst cashier I have ever encounter... His name is cesito..no greeting, no eye contact, just how much you owe ...not even a thank you... Now to some people this is cool...but not me!!.looking for a new place to shop...

Really like this place. Seems clean, everything is wild caught it. $10/lb for great large shrimp, and for whole fish they will even filet it for you. A little ghetto on the outside, but worth the trip out here for good fish.

Best place to get fresh fish. This place is always packed. Prices can not be beat. We have been here a few times and picked up grouper and snapper. Grouper was like 7.99 a pound. All the fish was great and they have live blue crab. If you want fresh fish this is the place. They clean and cut the fish the way you want. Bag it and you are on your way. This may take a little bit of time but worth it.

Very poor customer service. The guy behind the glass is very very rude. He doesn't have much conversation. He doesn't know any form of being polite. When people are spending their money they would like to have a smile , and at least fake like you appreciate the people that are coming in there to spend their money in their hood , where you are located. Instead of staying on your phone, acting like you are on top of the world. God blessed you all with a new and bigger establishment , be happy, and thankful. Humble yourself and get off that high horse. Remember just like God blessed you with it ,he can take it away from you. Personally, I will never be going there again. They have a wonderful fish market in Lakeland Florida(Lakeland Fish Market) has every kind of fish that you like with friendly people, smiling, and willing to help you. Big variety of fish, great prices and friendly faces.!!! I absolutely left with not spending any of my money , in a establishment, that doesn't need money from me. #NEVERAGAIN

I wish I could give them a negative star. They didn't refund me or even try to assist me with the old crabs they sold us.

I've been visiting this fresh fish market for almost 20 years, since it opened. They are the only place I know that sell 10+ lbs. snapper heads. Unfortunately, it was until recently I realized that while they are cleaning the fish, they manage to keep a significant portion of the fish for themselves. They do this by making it seem like they are discarding the unwanted guts of they fish, but they quickly cut a large part out of the fish and throw it into another tub and keep it for themselves. First they weight the fish whole, then they scale it and wash it. Then a 2nd person comes along and does the cutting. The cutter is the one who cuts out a large chunk and throws it into a tub. What they do with these large pieces of fish, I don't know. But either way, they are stealing from their customers. A majority of their customer base are Haitians and they are stealing from them right from under their noses.
