Meatball subs. They were empty and barely any sauce. Dirty dishes all over the place and not busy.

Had to come here because of the name. It's a great substitute if you're not in NYC. Great ambiance with lots of NYPD memorabilia. The food is great! Had a salad, mama's meatballs in marinara and meat sauces, a cheese pie, chicken parm, bread knots, and a piece of junior's cheesecake. Our waitress was great, and the guys in the kitchen did an amazing job with everything.

My wife always has me coming by for years now, food quality is good, she loves the Alfredo with thin spaghetti. Never had any problem until yesterday as they gave me regular fettuccine with chicken added. Which disappointed my wife and wouldn't eat it. I can't say Ill be back as I think this was deliberate on their part or maybe they though they were doing me a favor. A person should get what they ask for.

I've always lived close to this Metro West NYPD Pizza and honestly the food is always good. If you're looking for a NY traditional pizza or Stromboli with great tasting sauce, this is a nice spot. I also like that they are easy when it comes to doing take out or delivery orders. In fact, the eat in restaurant portion is pretty small, so I feel like most people just use this as a take out or delivery pizza place. My favorite is the Stromboli or roll with pepperoni and extra cheese. Garlic knots you have to actually pay extra for and I feel they are just ok--they could use some more oil. Overall, I would recommend NYPD if you're in the area and need a quick pizza.

For sure, the best pizza and garlic knots around. I could've just eaten a few trays of the garlic knots because they were honestly amazing. My husband and I went and got a Sicilian pie and it was by far the best one we've had around Orlando. Highly recommend that and the garlic knots when you order. Our waitress was so nice and explained to us everything we asked about the menu since we were there for the first time. We definitely never had an empty cup. How the restaurant is decorated, is very on theme and on brand. We loved it. So many things to look at but also not in a way that is so many things on the wall that it's all dusty and gross looking. Very clean place & we will for sure be going back!

Great place for a NYC pizza experience. Salads and subs are top notch. Restaurant nicely decorated with plenty of "Big Apple" artwork and memorabilia. Outdoor patio seating excellent after the sun goes down. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed. Most importantly the people are friendly, fast, and helpful.

Gave this place another try through Uber Eats delivery. Our poor Uber driver was stuck taking other orders in this area because the food took an hour to be prepared. When the food finally arrived our loaded fries were cold and didn't even look like they had been cooked. I baked them for another 25 minutes at 425 degrees before they were edible. My husband said his Stromboli was good but nothing special. After two bad experiences in a row we will not be ordering from here again. Maybe the trick is to eat in the restaurant for good food.

Great place! We went to the University Dr. location. It was fantastic! Food was delicious, pizza was huge and tasty. Our waitress was on point and ambience for the time we went was very family oriented
