Ive been to many nutrition places, and ive never been so addicted to one, Crystal the owner is absolutely amazing and actually cares about your goals if you talk to her, they offer workout classes for like a price of a drink, its so crazy, I love the lit tea because I cant do caffeine, but my hands down favorite things every is the fried ice cream shake with no cinnamon, and the waffles!! omg so good, id recommend over any other nutrition place in st cloud

Amazing place! I love their shakes, waffles, mug cakes, protein donuts and most of all the TRA BOMBS!!! You must give them a try! They also have cardio drumming on Tuesday's and Thursdays at 5:30. Great workout class for all!
