I've been here a few times now and really enjoy it! It's a clean and open little cafe located within the Winter Park Center for Health and Wellbeing. Their smoothies are great... they have different sandwiches, salads and pastries for sale. I reallllly enjoy their lavender honey oat latte. It's great both hot and iced. Definitely stop on in if you're in the area.

I had seen this cute little shop's sign while I came to the area and made it a point to finally stop by and so glad I did!Not only is the place cute, clean, open with friendly service but they have a variety of healthy food and drink choices!I ordered an oatmilk latte and their 9 O'Clock Somewhere breakfast sandwich with bacon. Both were delicious and sure did hit the spot! I will be back to try some of their other menu items and if it is not so hot, enjoy their outside seating area.

I stopped by with my husband and kids. Since it's located inside the Center for Health and Wellbeing, you already know it's going to be good-for-you fare. We tried their Monkey Joe Smoothie, Mediterranean Salad, Classic Chicken Salad sandwich, and Roasted Turkey and Cheddar Melt Panini with the Crosby Cobb Salad. Heads up that everything is made fresh to order, so be patient with the staff. We dined in, and appreciated that everything is served on reusable tableware. It's a simple and brightly lit cafe for a healthy meal!

This is my second time at Nourish. I've been impressed with the food quality and service each time. Today, I ordered the half-portion of the Crosby Cobb salad and an iced Reishi Mushroom Mocha. Both were delicious. The "Crosby Cobb" is nothing like a regular Cobb salad, so I'm not sure why they named it that. I do not know all ingredients but there's chicken, sweet potato, nuts and cheese included. All the flavors meld well together and I haven't seen this combo at another restaurant, so it's unique to me. The iced Reishi Mushroom Mocha tastes like some sinfully decadent drink from Starbucks, but has the added health benefits of the Reishi mushroom in it. I'll be back again soon to try more goodies.

UPDATE: They do special holiday meals too - perfect for people who are staying home for the holidays and don't want to cook.

It was a long day of driving and I was getting hungry but really wanted to finish the work needed. Stopped here since I was doing work in the offices right next to Nourish but I really was not feeling up for any of the sandwiches or shakes so I went with the chocolate hazelnut scone ($3.5) and a glass of water. It helped me beat the hunger until I made it back home to cook. Nice little place with outdoor and indoor seating.

I ordered a meal here through door dash and was very impressed. It was packaged well, the breakfast sandwich was delicious, and the monkey Joe coffee drink was fantastic too. I have not seen the location in person, but look forward to visiting sometime soon!

I had a feeling this place would be good! I'm going to go so far as to say this is officially one of Orlando's best kept secrets that I may or may not be reluctant to share with you...lol! Nourish is the perfect name for this establishment, which they define as a part of their design as it's written out above the bar and on the backs of their cups: "to sustain the body, mind and spirit with what is essential for life health and growth." Love it. Their coffee is divine and it's so nice inside. Not to mention all of their health conscious, and yummy foods (yes I had to get some). Here's the craziest part, a healthy food/drink establishment is actually reasonably priced! My absolutely delicious drink was...wait for it, TWO dollars! I found out they have a happy hour from 12-2 where all coffee is half off and I just so happened to stop by then! The cashier/barista was very kind and helpful and the workers seem to be attentive to their guests. This little hidden gem is also in a very beautiful part of Winter Park, near luscious trees and parks, and out of the way from main streets. Nice and quiet along with shaded patio seating and a pretty fountain to calm the coffee jitters. Now as for the coffee itself, wow! Not only did I expect this health focused coffee to be pricey, but I was a bit nervous about mushrooms being in it (even though I love them, I wasn't sure how they'd pair). I was pleased to discover it made the coffee taste even better, a rarity in the health world where we usually wince through our healthy meals and roll our eyes at the prices. Biodegradable straws, compostable lids & cups, which are perfectly sized and designed super cute! I have to tell you making a mocha refreshing is quite difficult, which is why I usually don't get them, but this one hit the nail on the head! Blended perfectly, smooth, and not too sweet at all, yet super flavorful, and healthy? Chefs kiss! I know this is a coffee review, BUT I must give an honorable mention to these SCRUMPTIOUS house picked veggies, I mean just so good. I might've just found my new spot! Cheers!

I love this little spot. This review is not about the food as much as the staff. One of the employees, Erin, was complaining from behind the counter loudly about Advent Health nurses came in yesterday and were a "pain in the ass" to deal with. Several of us in the restaurant heard her and it was very alarming. Please don't disrespect your customers like this, Erin. It's uncomfortable for everyone who can hear you.
