Nimbuya

We stopped at the Nimbuya table at Taste of Oviedo. Everyone working at the booth was amazing, and made such a wonderful burger. Love when we can find them out in the community.

Found this little burger pop up at the Milk Mart! Appears they don't have a set address but do pop ups only. AMAZING smash burger with onion and cheese. Perfectly cooked on the grill. They also had a burger called the Juicy Lucy, which has cheese cooked inside!! So delectable, juicy and cooked just right with the perfect char. These burgers were SO good I would love to find them again!! Excellent

I absolutely LOVE this burger spot. Whenever I am at the farmers market in Lake Eola I have to stop by. This is the most creative burger spot in Orlando. The juicy Lucy is my favorite. It is a burger with cheese inside the patty. I am a picky eater, so when I saw there was garlic aioli I was a bit hesitant but omg it is so delicious! The gentleman who operates and owns this burger joint is so amazing and always so friendly! If you ever see Nimbuya around you have to stop and get a burger! Literally my top 3 favorite in Florida!
