This place has great food, I tried their grilled pork bahn mi, Crab Ragoons and bao buns fresh and good quality also big portions. Today I had the BBQ beef with vermicelli also with good portions I can barely finish it. Also my partner had Broccoli and Chicken with rice according to him it was really good. Crab Rangoon is always good. The only thing I was disappointed was they didn't have Thai tea & Black tea(ran out). But we came there around 8pm an hour before closing at least much a half batch of Black tea for people that can't have green tea. The servers checks on us three times and the boy server refilled our water. The place has few seating spaces and it cleans. But barely people dine in most like to go. It's a good place to eat and affordable prices.

I've been to Pho Neo Asian Kitchen & Boba Tea multiple times for lunch and boba tea, but after this last visit, I'm done. I ordered two large boba teas with no ice, and to my surprise, they charged me an extra $2.50 for each one for simply not having ice.I was appalled! Not only do they use the same amount of boba regardless of the size, but charging for no ice feels completely unreasonable. I could easily go to other places where I'd get more for my money. This experience really soured me, and I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed with the way they handled this.

It was very clean when you walk in there is not too much seating there's more spots for two people than there is for a big group. We ordered two appetizers and two milk teas. We ordered dumplings fried, which were very tasty and hot! We also ordered two pork summer rolls. I asked for no peanut sauce because I'm highly allergic but I usually dip and whatever other sauce they have to offer. Unfortunately, they did still give me the peanut sauce, but they were quick to take it back when I let them know and they gave me another sauce option. We really, really like their brown sugar boba! The only reason we're giving this three stars is because we spent $32 on two milk teas, one small, one medium and six dumplings and two spring rolls I feel like that's a bit pricey. But still the food was enjoyable overall.

Neo must be asian for bland! I was not impressed. We went in and ordered at the counter as that's what the guy directed us to do. Then another group came in and they sat them down and gave them menus and they ordered like they were in a restaurant. We literally stood at the counter reading the menu rushing to decide while others were seated and got to casually browse the menu and order from the server. WTF? Then the food came and the Pad Thai was piping hot, but they forgot to add the flavor packet. I felt this is what it would be like if it was Pad Thai night at the Senior Living Facility. Blando Calrissian must be the Neo Style Chef. The Bahn Mi was good and the bread wasn't bad, but the veggies had virtually zero pickling. Maybe they forgot and pickled them that morning for lunch service. Or mixed up distilled vinegar with distilled water. Service once we sat down was ok, but I'm glad we paid at the counter so we could GTFO of dodge without having to wait to pay the bill. It definitely got slower once we had our food and more people showed up. The servers didn't stop by any more.It had potential and some other stuff may be good, but there are plenty of other options with flavor and good service around.

Such a cute little restaurant! Super accommodating and patient, we really enjoyed our time here. Our family of five adults and three kiddos were well taken care of & ordered a TON of food and drinks. Everything came out as expectedly and fast! My niece and nephew were raving about the taro bubble tea and my nephew got a delicious bowl of fried noodles that was also magazine worthy. I personally ordered the spicy edamame that definitely had a great kick & also the meatball pho. The broth tasted a bit like the spices were unfiltered but pretty good otherwise. Glad we made the lunch stop before heading to the airport and would highly recommend!

Being so close to the MCO airport and surrounded by American chain restaurants, I will admit I was a little nervous to eat here. The pho dac biet was delicious. If you love "gan" and "sach" go here. It's tough to chew but in a good way because the pay off is great... IYKYK. They do NOT skimp on the protein. The banh mi could be filled a little more, but no complaints from my husband there. Finally, the boba is amazing. The large size is HUGE and the lychee sweet tea with brown sugar is perfectly crafted.

My friend and I decided to eat here! It was my first time here and I was very satisfied. One thing about here though is that you're going to leave here stuffed!! Everyone was super sweet and they even have Asian snacks and candies. It's a cute place to just meet up with someone and talk

First, I do want to say that the service was great. Our waiter was kind, attentive and came back constantly to refill water. He is actually the only reason the rating is 1 star instead of zero. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really hope this can help initiate change where needed. When a person comes into a restaurant and pays ALOT of their hard earned money for a meal, they should not leave as disappointed as we were. My kids and myself ordered the chicken pho, basil beef, papaya salad, and pork bahn mi for dinner. The chicken pho tasted like water with a little hint of anis seed. Zero flavor. The papaya salad was so sweet it was almost inedible. It tasted like the papaya was mixed with spicy pepper and sweet chili sauce and that's it. It also had sliced brisket in it, which is a strange addition but would have been fine had the brisket not tasted very old and cold. I choked down a lot of it because it was the only meal I have had all day, and I paid near $20 for the dish! The basil beef was not terrible, but for another $20 I got like 8 super small pieces of beef with veggies! To top it off, my son's bahn mi bread was so hard/overly toasted it sounded like he was biting into a giant crouton the entire time. I wish I was exaggerating but I am not. Multiple times I wanted to send it back to get him normal bread, but my son hates to tell people something is bad so I sat there and watched/heard him choke his food down as much as he could. Our server deserved a thank you, which I gave him, but I am appalled I paid $80 for this meal.
